Went here because it was Groupon. Order rare rib eye and wings. Salad with steak was huge and lots of tots. The steak was perfectly rare. Unfortunately it didn’t have much seasoning. It came with a nice au jus. The wings were good. However I only got 8 instead of 12.They said for me to come back and get 4 more. With expensive gas, that’s not a good idea. Maybe offer, me next time:.:. come in order a 12 piece and get me another 12 piece. Not sure why I got 8, when the menú clearly states 12. I don’t think 8 wings is a choice.I think that would be good customer service and would entice me to give it another shot.I hate checking my food order. I just want to get home.As far as what people say, it is Smokey and cold inside. It smells like a bar. I would go there and drink but eating there might be suspect.Would be a one star, but the wings were actually good
Overall a fun place. Little bit older crowd than a20 something bar. Kind of like Hudsons.Service and food have been good. Prices on par with similar places. Smoking is allowed which is a negative for me but its a pretty big place so you can sort of avoid that. I would recommend.
Let me start with the fact that I don't drink or smoke neither does my father whom I visited Lumpy's sports bar with. Nevertheless as my father and I drive out to California we like to visit places that are local and have good food. Lumpy's definitely held up to all of our standards. My father and I love to eat and we usually try to avoid places where smoking is allowed, but Lumpy's must have a very good ventilation system because we could hardly smell the smoke in there. They also held up on both food and service standards. Our waitress Michelle was very sweet and welcoming. She checked in on us several times and was very personable every time. She also recommended a great burger the California jalapeno burger. It was overall a very clean and comfortable bar with great food and service. Will definitely stop by the next time in town.
Try the Queen of Egg Rolls at all locations! And kareoke on some weeknights! What a VIBE no matter which one I'm at! Xoxo
Random night for a gal pal to come through. Great atmosphere. Great food. The raspberry glaze on the bacon wrapped jalapenos will take you places. Kelsey, Amanda and Maggie ran the show. Great staff. I'll definitely mention to friends for the future.
I absolutely love this place. But giving a one star not to the bar but to the bartender named Amanda. There are 20 TVs in the bar...we asked our server to get 1 tv changed to channel 5 for 30 minutes. Then Amanda the bartender came over and yelled at my friend who asked and told him that they only play sports on the TVs. I looked around at all the TVs and there was a car show on 1 tv... 9 tvs that were on trutv showing impractical jokers. So maybe she should have at least looked around before she came and yelled at my friend loud enough that everyone around turned and looked. Like I said love this place but this same lovely bartender names Amanda has been extremely rude several times. Dont ask her to change a TV channel unless you are ready to be to be yelled at. Extremely rude and totally uncalled for.
Bailey and Mary Anne are goddesses of hospitality. I never went there before, but, as I walked in, before I reached the bar, Bailey smiled at me and asked me what I wanted, by the time I reached the bar, Mary Anne also made eye contact and smiled and started walikning towards me. I had to stop her by pointing at Bailey and saying, "She already got me."This is as It should be.Did I mention they are made out of magic?Good times.
Really great bar. Got the the best service from Maryanne! Wish I could find more bars like this l.
Great atmosphere staff is always positive and smiling with positive energy. I'm here to get those W's on the pool table. Ehhhhhh
