Ordered bone in wings crispy with 2 sauces. Wings came out NOT crispy, 1 sauce, NOT good. They took them back, waited another 15mins for the correct wings, everyone else finished their meals, still no wings. I ate 1 wing of the WRONG order and yet still got charged for them. After they are told forget it, they try to bring them out to go, which would've been cold and nasty by the time we got home, they bring the check and try to give a free appetizer for next time. NO THANKS, we won't be back. Sad because we eat there 1 to 2 times a week.
Walking in the bar and grill was slightly distant meaning we were not greet properly. Told to have a seat anywhere.Then we waited at a half booth table for our server maybe 5-7 minutes.Our server for the night was Cynthiaa, after chatting with her for a bit on our order taking ,the night became a lot better from the beginning. She made us feel welcome.She was very attentive in our order process.. she gave great recommendations on the flavor on the wings sauce. Highly recommend HICKORY BOURBON AND SWEET CHILI. Overall great choice 100%We tip her pretty well ..we definitely will request her again the next we in the area!!!!! Great work!!!!
Service was ok it was lunch time only a few customers ans the waitress only came over to give us the check. A group of them were just standing around talking. We asked for well done burgers and they were not. The middle was red. Couldn't eat over half of the burgers. They didn't even apologize or offer any discount or to redo them. Left hungrier than when we went in. Won't be back
This was my first time to visit. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The prices were appropriate for the serving size of food. I had the beer battered fish tacos. They were delicious and stuffed full. It came with two tacos and chips with salsa. It was filling. I will definitely be going back. There were several TV'S with different games going. Solid 4 stars.
I love this location food and atmosphere- but we come in at 10:35 and the bartender Rain in the L1 side stated that she just already had 'last call' and told us to go to L2. We are not smokers and wanted to just watch sports and drink a few and eat some good food. But the bartender in the main restaurant doesn't take her job seriously and take customer service serious...

Johahna is the best bar tender ever . After hard days work me and my partner needed a drink she made us feel at home. We will be able to go to work tomorrow because of her attitude and kickassness.
