Good location, good place to grab a quick bite to eat for the family when you don't feel like cooking. The Italian bread is always fresh. Very polite staff, quick and efficient.
Terrible location. Ordered a pizza on my phone, nothing too hard just a stuffed crust. Was told it would be ready from 7:27-7:32. Arrived at 7:30 and sat at the ordering mic for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I go to the window and sit for another 5 before I get told that my food has not been put in the oven yet and it’ll be about 5 minutes before it’s ready. They said to park at the front and they would bring it out. I sit there until 8:10 and still no food. I drive back around and sit at the mic again and eventually just skip it since they obviously aren’t doing their jobs right. I get to the window and ask if my order is ready now it’s been almost 30 minutes and lo and behold they go to the back and bring it out. Cashier even had the audacity to catch an attitude with me when I mentioned that she told me it would be ready 20 minutes ago. Never ever going back. Employees were in there on their phones, messing around not even doing their jobs correctly. They should be fired.
This pizza hut is in the ghetto, and the cashier Maria appears to despise her job. She did a terrible job calling out names for whoever's order was placed on the counter, and she was always rolling her eyes or looking up, patiently waiting for someone to choose a soda. Gustave, on the other hand, was really helpful.
Slow service, had to wait longer because they did not have 2 of my pizzas ready. The toppings on the pizzas were plentiful though.
I went up there today around 3:15, the girl in front didn't know what she was doing,the lasies in the back didn't have no masks on and they was laughing up a storm when they could of been helping the girl in the front.And my breadsticks was hard.
It was hot ? and ready just like their ad says. Real fast food, in and out in less than five minutes!
pizza always taste like its been sitting in the warmer all day long crust is hard the employees are always rude and act as if its ur fault their food is nasty also they are always outside smoking hanging with people on the side of the building just a overall bad location
Ordered my food by phone at 5:10 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there at 5:30 and was told my food was not ready. I watched several people come in and be given the same food that could have been a part of my order. The employees forgot I was sitting there and once they realized they had just given away a part of my order told me it would be a little longer. At 5:50 I asked for a discount for my wait time and the employee didn’t even acknowledge my statement. So much for hot and ready. Do your self a favor and find the next closest location, this one does not have their stuff together at all.
Just ordered a most bestest pizza and it was barely warm an old. Me an buddy come here for a chest meal during the week an this time was pretty disappointing and makes me want to find another place. Also was just a regular pepperoni not extra anything. Ate a piece an couldn't eat anymore smh hopefully not common but I think you lost me
The pizza was fresh but we had to sit and wait 15 minutes for 2 hot and ready's, the employee was kind of rude and got on her phone when it went off right in the middle of our transaction and acted irritated that I was bothering her with a question.
