Waitress never came to ask how anything was, Never came to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything else or had a sense of humor or hospitality. my carnitas was overcooked. Very dry. Was told they used to give bigger servings of food compared to what was given. Found hair in the food and they didn’t bother apologizing or coming up with a resolution. Terrible food and worse service from these untrained servers. Won’t be coming back, there’s better places you can get Mexican food from than here. Don’t bother
Absolutely amazing Mexican food! The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is delicious.
Loved this place since they were at their previous location. Best tacos ever. Not giving 5 stars cause the waitresses could use more customer service skills in person and over the phone. Hopefully that improves. Other then than that, always recommend this place.
Have always loved this place, have been going here since they were on 29th but after today it will probably be a long while for us to even consider going back. Waited over 6+minutes to even be greeted. I understand it was mothers day and the waitresses were probably stressed out but that is not our fault. There were various waitresses that just looked at us and didnt bother coming. Then the one waitress that did come ask for our drinks didnt even take into consideration getting our drink order for the two young kids we had with us, weren’t even finished ordering the drinks when she was already leaving to get them. It looked as if she were in pain the whole time couldnt even fake a smile. The food was great as always but the service is what doesnt make us want to go back. We got the food ate and not once did she come check on us, we needed drink refills and nothing instead all the waitresses and a cook were just in the chisme without a worry in the world i just had to get a to go drink instead. And then we were charged 10% for a tip when we weren’t even a table of 6 or more as stated on their paper so therefore we didnt even bother leaving a tip.
One of my favorite taquerias on the Southside. Been eating their tacos since the old location on 29th(over 20 years). They are also open late.
I have written some things about this restaurant and i apologized the manager did call us afterwards and apologized and did everything of her power to make it right with free food which it was delicious.you got to try their nachos ,awesome! and their tacos dorados de papa!
Great service. Very helpful staff, because we don't read Spanish on the menu. All food was great!
I enjoyed it and a really good presentation quality food you know how they say you know you eat with your eyes first so once I see the food is really good we got hot sauce
Friendly staff, awesome food, and efficient service! You will not regret getting the rolled ice cream, even if you’re already beyond stuffed! We will definitely be returning soon.
I had flautas de pollo and 1 barbacoa taco flautas were over fried you could hardly taste the filling they were topped with hardly any lettuce and alot of cheese the rice tasted as if it wasn't fresh It took one bite of the barbacoa taco to leave it. It tasted nothing like barbacoa. The service was poor they do not pay attention ?
