I’ve been coming to this place for years but unfortunately today will be the last all behind absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.. I was dissatisfied with my order of 2 juiced drinks after having being a made a different way then it usually comes. Was told by the cashier named “Ceci” that its the same no matter what and she immediately called her “boss” once I told her I didn’t want it and just wanted my money back instead.. mind you, I never left the store with the products.. the cashier gives me her cell phone with her “boss” on the line, and the “boss” begins to explain that it’s policy to not give a dissatisfied customer their money back after making an order because she “loses money” and repeatedly kept emphasizing that it wasn’t “her problem” .. who wants to spend their hard earned money somewhere and leave dissatisfied.. almost $20 on 2 drinks all because I love them..I’ve been goin out my way to this place for years all because I believed they where the best but today was total let down.. your business will not flourish or be blessed by you getting over on people who spend their hard earned money even after you’ve raised the prices due to the economy.. it’s the principle in the things and that right there wasn’t right.. I hope no one else has to experience what I went through..
Very Rude!! Worst- Nastiest Chicharron “preparado” ever, not worth its $15! Should have looked at reviews first.I asked for price of it first but she automatically charged me, i said i needed to cancel it but she refused even waaay before she started making it. It was a long line so i let it go... when i received it... her rude az slammed everything into bag just to get me to leave!!WILL NOT COME BACK, and WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!
Have been conning here for over a month then today they wanna Deny me service ignored what I was saying and being racist bc I was right why was my service/ money not enough/ very rude yes I’m white but I can understand a little bit when I am being made fun off/ cursed out

We got there at 755 they still had everything up but were told that we could only get ice cream or flavored water because they were closed... there was still a line! Worst customer service ever they were just trying to leave right at 8 in my opinion they don't leave until the last customer is served!!
It's very expensive
churros with the icecream was good. speaking spanish is a plus. the cashier had a hard time understanding me. two entrance doors (back and front). I couldn't stay to eat because it was a bit chilly inside. My son loves the different flavors of icecream. seating is ok. they have different dessert options.
