I've been here twice and it was a beautiful experience both times. I went for an anniversary dinner and we both loved the environment. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the food. Although it was good, there were a few items that were not so good. The Mac n cheese tasted watery. When I'm spending the amount of money they charge I feel there should be a higher food quality that this time fell just short of.
We initially came here when they first opened years ago.. was not impressed then. Decided to give it another try after recommendations by friends. So glad we did!! The food was absolutely delicious. The inside decor is amazing makes for a super fun date night or night out with friends/family! We will definitely be back. ?
Great atmosphere. That’s it. Food was a bit high for what you get. Queso was cold. Chicken was dry. Restroom, at least the mens, was filthy and everything has graffiti on it. Staff was amazing!
Latin fusion has expectations of full bold flavors unlike others. Well on a calm Thursday evening our server was a bit impatient and seemingly dismissive.appetizers of black pepper shrimp and wings good. Cocktails—so so. The seafood pasta was good. The signature chicken, disappointing, over cooked and lacked flavor. Plantains and potatoes were yummy. Maybe this was an off night but it was my first visit, not sure if I’m a repeat customer. When I spend $200 for two on a meal…let’s just say you want to appreciate a good meal or at least a great experience!
We absolutely love La Brasa. Perfect atmosphere for a date night, nestled in OKC's Asian district. Food is top notch, and service has been excellent on every visit. We're lucky to have this gem in OKC!
This is now our 3rd time visiting this place. Originally took my wife and and kids, just to try something new. Now, though, it is becoming my 'go to" place for taking co-workers and business partners. The staff and atmosphere is always just perfect, makes for a very inviting feeling. Plus, the music is at a perfect volume, to where you can hear it, but you an also speak with your table guests without having to yell.Also, you know, the food and drinks are great. :)All around, i would highly recommend this place for just about any situation.
Awesome place. The moment you walk in your transported out of Oklahoma and into a completely different vibe and atmosphere. One of the coolest places I have been to in OKC.The food was amazing and you can't go wrong. I did the chicken and steak, pollo y Carne, which was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and has a demi glaze that works perfect with it.The fried plantains are so good I order another large side of them for the table!Service was great and I will make this a regular stop when in town.
Omg this place was amazing. I thought I was in Dallas. This place had the best food with flavor. This place is perfect for content creating. The energy is amazing, when you walk in the door. Everyone needs to ask for Austin, he is a wonderful waiter and has great energy. Thanks to Ann for showing us around the restaurant and sharing the history. Place has a awesome atmosphere, I would say the food is pretty good, overall it is great place to have some drinks and have a nice meal. Last few times we have been to La Brasa the service just hasn't been great, we have been on a weekend night and a night during the week so staffing isn't an excuse here. If I would break it down in three parts: the food is 4 star while the atmosphere is a 5, the service I would rate about 3.
This was my favorite dinner date night at one point, but the last few times I've gone the service was HORRIBLE. I asked for a margarita, got a ranch water that was disgusting. I never asked for another one and she proceeded to keep bringing them! I couldn't even choke down the first one! After the 3rd one I finally said ummm, I haven't ordered another drink.. she had already put 3 on my ticket! When the bill came, she had some other random $30 charge on there as well. I love this place and I love the food, but service matters and I have been disappointed the last 3 visits. The ambiance is nice and food is great, but the staff sucks! Sadly I won't be returning for a long while.
