I've been disappointed, 4 it of the 5 times that I've visited. On my last visit, I ordered 2 dozen of the specialty donuts, and and 1 original. The berry glazed, were barely glazed! You can barely see the pink hue, in the extremely thin glaze. I asked the employee if this is how they were supposed to look and he said no they look bad, and asked me if I wanted something else. I specifically went up there for the mixed berry glazed, so you can imagine my disappointment. They were also out of the blueberry cheesecake, and the mixed berry cobbler donuts, which was one of 1 of the dozens I had ordered. needless to say, I'm going to be giving my business to a local shop, from now on.
Never should a customer have to feel like they are inconveniencing an employee behind a DONUT. I asked for a specific donut out of the case and was treated like I asked to throw out all the donuts and make mine fresh immediately. Huffing and puffing is unacceptable to a simple request. Rolling eyes is unprofessional. My son is about to be 15 and starting to work and I would be appalled if he was out here being that type of worker. COVID is no excuse for bad service. The manager acted less than interested when I called to complain and said it’ll be dealt with on their end. I’m surprised this location is still open quite frankly. Went across the street to Tom and Chee and bought a grilled cheese donut instead. Which is amazing btw
Ordered with the app, and arrived to pick them up. My donuts were scattered around in the box with a whitish icing. The 1 I tasted was cold and hard. I called immediately and advised the Manager on duty the problem, and that these were for a daycare my grandson attends. Manager looked up my order and said he would refund the amount. He did no such thing. This was not a good experience. When DDs is closer.
3 stars because of the friendly staff that actually offered me a hot one this morning unlike any other times, but to be honest I had already picked up the best fresh glazed donuts from my all time favorite donut shop Daylight Donuts on north may. So please see the comparison for yourself and contribute to our local family owned donut shop. The Daylight on North may is by far the bestest, busiest, and friendliest one in town. They actually had to hire more family staff to keep up with the popular demand. So I'm sending them even more customers. Doordash available too
Came in on a Saturday at 2pm. Waited at the drive thru with no answer for about 7 minutes. We are patient people and assumed they were busy but we finally decided to give up and go inside the store instead. There were 5 employees just standing there. The car that was just behind us in the drive thru was at the window waiting for their order. Why did they take their order but ignored us for so long? The bigger blonde lady with a ponytail was just sitting by the drive thru window and smirked at us when we came in through the front door.2 stars only because the donuts are good.
Disappointed in this location. Didn't have any hot, fresh donuts. They were all out of glazed. The custard filled and creme filled donuts were also disappointing, as there was hardly any custard or creme. I'll have to try a different location or place next time.
Ordered several kreme filled donuts, jelly filled, and the Oreo cookie kreme filled.Every single one of the supposed custard/kreme filled donuts had hardly any creme in them. It would have been laughable if they didn’t cost so much for what they were. Even paid that extra cost for the Oreo “specialty” and was ripped off. They put a small amount of creme on the outside to make it look like it’s filled, and then when you dig into it there is absolutely nothing in it.My husband said the jelly filled’s were fine, but the custard/kreme was non-existent.I don’t know if all Krispy Kreme’s are getting like this but this location is a complete joke. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be ripped off.
Pulled up at 6am when they were supposed to be open. Told me I would have to wait 10 -15 minutes before they would be ready. Then when I received my donuts they were not HOT..... So that tell me they are not fresh..... I WILL NOT BE BACK MOM & POP DONUT SHOPS ARE SO MUCH BETTER
Always good donuts to have once in awhile! If you have NEVER had them, you need to. Especially the Twins Dount!!! The customer service is great!
Got donuts here at 10am on a Saturday. Their donuts weren't stale, but they were kind of hard. Not sure if that's just their style, but it didn't taste great either. Aren't donuts suppose to be soft?
