This place needs to be shut down. My biscuit was drenched in sauce I asked to get it changed out then the manager pointed at the picture on the menu and told me if you look at the picture you see the biscuit is in the box with everything else that’s why there is sauce on it. The chicken was very dark like the oil hasn’t been changed out. I ordered mashed potatoes but didn’t get those either. We try time after time but it seems we come here just to get treated worst than the time before. I really wish they’d close so a better business can occupy that space. I only added that 1 star because I was unable to post this with out it.
Waited about 10 minutes for a single classic chicken sandwich no mayo, when they finally brought it out to the truck it was drenched with mayonnaise. Went back in to the store for a replacement and waited about another 10 minutes, when I finally ate the sandwich and fries they tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in weeks. Hands down the worst meal I've ever had from a KFC, I'll never eat at that location again.
You finally got some friendly people there but the chicken was over cooked and not a light golden brown color it appeared to me the grease hasn't been changed in a long time which makes the out side dark brown and the taste has a burnt flavor.I was asked to pull around from drive thru because they were cooking fresh waited 7 minutes after parking. Why why why
This has got to be, with no exaggeration, the worst kfc in the country. I travel the country for my job, and eat at kfc on a semi regular basis. This is the dirtiest store I've had the bad luck to run across. Cashier was rude, literally rolling his eyes as my 3 year old couldn't figure out what he wanted. Then our food was just tossed together. Famous bowl was only half full. This store is a dumpster fire and needs some serious attention from management.DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.
Sadly this location is unable to do any order at all in a timely manner. It's drive thu only these days as well for no clear reason. The staff mean well but are poorly trained and management is non existent. Food is good but not worth the trouble. KFC has two other locations in Midwest City that aren't a disaster. Might consider shuttering this location.
Horrible customer service , won't even let you finish your order. And they take their time to finally get your food. Don't go. Worst kfc in all of oklahoma .
The staff was friendly, the food good, the price was average. For a fast restaurant, was as good as any. So, as a change, it is better than a hamburger
I tried their new spicy chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was good but not covered with a spicy coating. The sauce was what makes it a spicy sandwich. Not as good as some of the competition. Fries we're cold and mushy.
Can't get a hold of anyone gave them another chance waste of money. Chicken not extra crispyHas aftertaste when just eating the crispy outside. Not good. Cole slaw is dry not made right. Where are the bosses or people in charge.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes so I pulled up to the window and to get someone's attention.An employee came to the drive thru window and said that that he was sorry for my wait,but I could go back around and get back in line. That he couldn't take my order at the window.I told him no I can just go across the street to Taco Bell !!
