Pulled off the highway for the $30 fill up on the big pylon sign put there to entice people off the highway....they didn't have a $30 fill up anymore and acted super confused I was asking to order what was on the big sign out front. Went to a place that knows there menue instead. I pass this one a lot because i work by it. Won't go to it again.
Ordered online spent 55 dollars , and was given exactly 1/2 of my order. When I went back to collect the other 1/2 I was basically accused of lying ( with receipt in hand ) .
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich thru the drive thru and got home the chicken was HARD as a rock, I mean hard as a rock. So the very next day I come back and order again and requested a fresh sandwich dropped and explained what had happened the previous day, get to the window moments later and they already have my order bagged, hummm, so I open up the order and the chicken is absolutely miniature in size and the sandwich is cold.I bring this to the attention of the cashier and she rolls her eyes and walks off without speaking. Well manager comes to the window and begins blaming corporate. I then say I requested a fresh sandwich and she says "it only takes 22 seconds to cook it, it is fresh" lol now I've been in restaurants for over 25 years and no chicken cooks in 22 seconds.Then the manager gets mad and says "well if you want it fresh it will be 15 minute wait for a fresh one"Seriously ? that's what I asked for in the line but y'all lied and tried to pull a fast one. She offers to refund me and I accept, she then had the nerve to ask for the mountain dew that she'd already handed me and i drank out of, ugh nope, im keeping that...when she gives me my card back for refund the manager just slams the window shut and walked away. I then waited several more minutes to get proof of the refund.Totally rude and quite frankly ghetto. My advice to the "corporate" fire the management or shut it down all together
8pc Family Meal.Biscuits were hard as a rock. Chicken was dry and tuff.Worst experience I ever had with KFC. That $25 would have been better spent getting gas station food.
The workers were kind. My boss bought 170.00 worth of chicken and they got everything right and in a timely manner.
I never plan on stopping here i always get frustrated with the jokes next door and end up here. Think I will be starting with KFC from now on though. Always QUICK service VERY friendly staff, And want to know the best part? They will actually listen to you and get your order correct! ? way to go KFC. Your one of very few that remains a decent place to stop for a quick bite
Famous bowl fillup was chicken tenders on top of a bowl of mashed potatoes with corn and a cookie. Chicken was indeed tender and tasty. Nashville Hot Tenders combo was a delight. Really crispy crust but easy to bite thru with super tender chicken..I loved the spicy hot flavor of th e sauce coating the chicken tenders. The KFC fries are really good, too. They seem crispier than an average french fry. Biscuit was OK, nothing special.
I got a chicken sandwich to see how they were. I won't b eating there again.the pickles I had on my sandwich were eaten off off they had teeth marks and the flavor of the chicken was awlful and the employees were not well mannered..they got mad when gusto.ers keep walking in the door to order so 4 ppl left.
Juana the night mang needs to see an anger management for her aggressiveness to her customers... you can't seem to turn in any company or their employees behavior and know it will be dealt with anymore... so since company's don't seem to care about the customers I have already found my self mom of 6 gm of 7 cooking at home and not eating out.Like dude thats my mommy I spend a lot of money when my family goes out to eat. So I expect it fresh and all specials to made right or at least fix it , people do have allergies less to say I see fast food restaurants all closing do to lack of good customersserviceskills hospitalityshould be one of the #1 rules... Chicken is good, but they must pick the smallest chickens to cook because man those were some small thighs
