If I’m coming to give a review it was because my experience was very bad are very good, and in this case it was very bad for the second time around. Last year I came to this KFC and ordered some chicken strips which were undercooked and cost me to have food poisoning I ended up in the clinic due to severe vomiting and diarrhea I told myself I would not go back to this KFC but the other night I ran out of options for food with 2022 graduations going on a lot of the restaurant's we’re booked. We went through the drive-through at 10:21 I remember thinking it was going to close very soon we ordered a eight piece chicken tender and basically could not order anything else because they said chicken was unavailable that the only chicken they had was thighs and a couple of grill pieces. We ordered what we could and when we got to the window to our surprise the server said that there was more thanEight pieces of tenders in the box being that he stated we were going to be his last customers for the night which I didn’t mind because we didn’t really get to order the chicken that we want it. But upon getting home our meal was so trash!!! The chicken was very dry like it had been out of the light for a while the biscuits were super dry and we all know how KFC biscuits are dry already in the first place the fries were cold in old. I also ordered a chocolate cake which taste it old as well. The total cost of our meal was $45 not well spent I would not recommend this KFC to anyone!!!!
The website says opened until 11pm (it's 10pm and place is lit up as if open but no one is answering at the drive through). We pull up and someone is on their cell phone inside around the corner. There is only 1 person there from what we can tell. We pull back around (2 other cars are in line at this point). 1 car pulls off, and the next pulls up and starts honking. Lady comes to the window as they pull off. She shuts the window as we pull forward (to ask if they are open or not). We pull around and a couple cars are there as an employee is coming out to get into one. We asked if they are closed and she says yes. Place still lit up like a beacon. Please update your hours or update your employees. It felt super shady.
I ordered a 2 piece baked, and 1 side, the chicken was so small it was pitiful not worth 7.00 at all and I asked for my money back, the mngr who was a black man at 10pm on 4-12 yelled at me, he said I'll give you another leg, they kept TRYN to sell me a 10 piece, I kept telling them it was just me, they laughed, it's not funny, if your gonna up your prices sale product that matches your prices, pathetic food and pathetic employee
I purchased $45.00 worth of food to just throw it away.There was hair in more than 3 pieces of chicken and I don’t mean on top. It was tangled under the fried skin.My family is disgusted and I will be calling corporate since this KFC location will not answer the phones.I am expecting a refund as we were not able to eat our food this evening .
Great chicken Could live off their coleslaw. Really friendly workers. No one behind me in drive through so they saw & talked about my dog. Norwegan elkhound. I'll go back
The food is good and these ladies are always so nice to me. I've never had a problem with this location.
Very poor management. They forgot over half my meal and acted as if was my fault because "I drove off"! I was handed a bag asked if I was feeding an army so obviously I assumed my large order was there ? boy was I dumb. Manager refused fi refund me for the food because her team member didn't give me my dam receipt, refused to give her name hung up and wouldn't answer the phone.
I had a doordash order from this location and went through the drive thru, told the first guy I had an order, he asked for the name, then a second guy came over the speaker and SCREAMED at me telling me I needed to come inside. I don’t usually say anything back to people who do this, but this time I did and I told the guy that he did not have to scream at me. Unbelievable service ?

The lady behind the counter was very nice, and had our order up quick, and did have to wait very long to get our meal. Sorry I didn't catch here name, I noticed her multi tasking getting drive through orders going, cleaning g trays helping at the front counter, I think she needs a raise ? ? ?
