No grilled chicken, but what I ordered was delicious and the order was correct. Feel like the Mac and cheese is not as good as I remember, but that could be just me.
We ordered they were dead and lobby was locked at 4 in the afternoon. We order a number 15 and a number 8 and one spicy bowl. They park us and never bring out our food we go back through and they just pass the bag out through the window and the order was messed up and the food was old. They weren't even short handed they had at least 5 teenagers that I saw just kind of hanging out and the manager refused to answer the phone. When we pulled back through the third time to get the sauces they shoved a bag out the window at us which didn't have all the suces and slammed their window closed and locked it. This is all before 5pm. They were also telling people after we ordered it would be 45 mins on chicken. All chicken.
Worst Experience I’ve ever had trying to get food for my family. The lobby doors are locked and I pay 50$ to sit out in the cold by the doors trying to get there attention after telling me it would be “ 5 minutes for French fries” . Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my life and handing 2 other cars in the drive through food while you act like I’m not there . Workers are Garbage and I will never eat there again !
I asked for green beans they gave me mashed potatoes. I called up there, the person I spoke with was rude. Told me to come back with receipt & will give me a green bean. How about you make sure I get what I asked for the first time.. I won't be coming back.
This location will screw up your order as matter of convenience and routine. If you order a family meal, there's about an 80 percent chance that they will put whatever pieces of chicken that they feel like putting in your bag. Too much money to always get home to find your order screwed up, and that your family dinner is ruined.
The service was a bit slow. Employees went by me when I was waiting to order and nobody greeted me. I did like my Famous Bowl.
Service was baddd , food was nasty , no spoons. No forks. Bread for sandwiches was so cold. When I called to speak to manager after i had to eat my match potatoes with bone as spoon he said goodI wish he said that on my faces. Worse place in the planet rude manager. Nasty food
Didn’t even have any chicken available and there were no cars in line they were not busy at all and it’s 6:30 pm they should close this place down if kfc franchise isn’t even going to look into what’s going on here
Kinda dumb they leave the doors unlock but don't let you order inside. You must go through drive through or grubhub.
This location doesn't even deserve one star but I digress. The service here is horrible and painfully slow. The attitude from the staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. It took nearly 20 minutes for two meals and there wasn't another single car there.
