I rode my mountain bike to KFC, bad idea, waitress asked how I got there. I walked in the door, I told her. She asked where is your car? At home, I showed her my bike, a nice Schwinn. We can't serve you, she said, you might be homeless. She wouldn't take my order. I left. I think it was because I was white. All the employees were black. The Colonel wasn't. I will never go to KFC again, anywhere. This was at 59th and Shields Blvd in OKC . Steer clear of this place, there is always a sign, Help Wanted, Now Hiring.I have never been treated like this in any fastfood place. My doctor said riding a bike would be good for me.I guess he never been to KFC.
I was short on money so i was gonna pay cash and card. I guess the cashier didn't know how, which was fine, I was gonna explain how since I work cash registers too. I wasn't gonna get an attitude or anything. I guess the manager came over and got an attitude with me, and i was gonna just see if i had enough change for the rest of it and she rudely told me to pull up until I had my money ready even though no one was behind me until after I had pulled up. I decided to just leave, didn't even bother getting what change I had already given them back. I wasn't aware that me having to scrape together money to get their food that i actually enjoy would upset them so much. As a cashier I get that it's annoying when people do this or pay with mostly change but if you can't handle it then you don't need to work there.
Good food as always and the drive through orders seem to be accurate each time, unlike other fast food places who seem to screw up drive through orders each and every time . I love KFC. They are consistent.
The drive-thru experience was extremely unprofessional. The person on the intercom forgot to turn their microphone off, and you could hear through the intercom they were cursing in the back. I had just ordered three sides, and two cars in front of me seemed like they ordered small meals as well, but it took me about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru.I asked for a receipt after finally getting my order, and they were not able to give that to me either, said that they were having a problem with their machine. This was from a business account so I was needing the receipt, but after waiting an additional 5 minutes for a receipt and still not receiving it, I just decided to leave.
Went in 2/17/22 around 4pm ordered a # 9 and a little chicken sandwich the chicken strips were so greasy and soggy the drink was horrible and the little chicken sandwich the bread was hard i couldn’t even take a bite the chicken part wasn’t even good either the only decent thing was the mashed potatoes
If I could give 0 stars I would. The dude in drive thru stole my mom's debit card and used it and the cops and my mom's bank are pressing charges!! So watch out for your cards..
So much grease no matter how its cooked. I usually feel sick to my stomach after eating any of their dark meat. Their potato's are very runny and taste like they are drowned in pepper but the cookie inside any of the box meals are always very good! Don't forget to ask for napkins and plastic wear before you leave.
At 59th and shields, the never have chicken cooked ready. I haven't gotten a single order from them that was right in 10 solid years. Don't go to the drive through so you can check your order.
Came on 1/20/22 at 1:40pm ordered a 4pc dark meal crispy and a 2pc meal dark both legs original they pulled me and didn’t bring out my food until 2:10pm. I waited 30 minutes for what reason? the food wasn’t fresh or even hot and my order was wrong. When i went to the speaker to let them know my order was wrong they said “their computers are down” and they can’t take orders. I used to work for this Kfc ? And we used to do that when we didn’t want to take orders. Either way when i got to the window they told me they gave us the wrong food because they were out of what we ordered. You’re supposed to CHECK if you have the chicken when being ordered! Then when i ask for a refund they take 10 minutes to even come back to the window took my food back and PUT IT BACK IN THE CHICKEN WARMER to sell!!! Y’all’s morning shift needs to be fired
Bought some burned up old chicken.and was mad did not realize it was like that until I got home .and took it back to them .and ask the manager would you eat this chicken. He just looked at me never again will I go to that location a bunch of young kids the Manger should have some training and them they all looking like deers with head lights when I came in there mad as he'll stop doing people like that we work hard for our money
