It was good but the chicken was either fried earlier and then heated up or it was just fried too hard.The worker was extremely nice and generous which is always refreshingly different from the normal attitude you get with places like this.
Ordered through door dash...fries were missing, chicken strips were not the correct amount, they shorted us. We ordered 3 mashed potatoes and they sent one small gravy. They didn't send any butter, honey or sauces. Never again. I'll wait until I get home to kansas city to order KFC. This isn't the dashers fault. It's the bad management.
Was told they could not prepare any hot wings tonight because it would take 11 minutes for them to cook only if you want to burn them.No business at all one car and drive-through one other order in the restaurant. The order was incorrectly made. Order 3726The staff were rude and as you can tell by the appearance of the parking lot they don’t like to work around here either. Trash everywhere. And no service for customers.Not to mention the staff members had a child in the kitchen OSHA would not be OK with that that is very unsafe to have a child in a kitchen for fryers not only as a business manager but as a parent why would you let your child that’s below working age be in a kitchen for fryers in Greece and not in proper clothing to be back there anyway.
Went through drive thru and was asked how am I doing I responded good, and you? Order taker responded, well I’m here like I told her to work there.. excuse me? Order was rushed and customer service was lacking. 3/3/21 12pm
The b!tch at the drive thru wanting to get an attitude. Get a better job if you can’t be professional at attending the customers. . Like girl shut up & go make my food lol acting like I won’t go & drag her ?
Mrs.cora and the other workers at kfc on sw 29th & may have really done an amazing job,Kfc food is hot and delicious. Gave us old chicken the other day. Definitely wasn't fresh. Make sure your food is fresh before leaving!
They never have any chicken ready. It doesn’t matter if you drive thru, show up, or order online in advance. They always make you wait at least 30 minutes because they just never have any chicken. Also, they all have an attitude about it. Well, maybe you should be cooking more chicken. I do not recommend this place if you like to get things quickly.
Went inside to order no one else was in line to waited for. I waited 10 mins to get waited on while the one at the window stood there with shades on. Just leaning against the register. I was not even bright in there to even have shades on. When I finally got waited on no chicken had to wait 20 mins for it. It was very messy. Makes me wonder how clean they really are.
1st time there. Clerk did.not ask type of drinks. Assumed dr pepper. Clarified that i would like 2 cokes.. Got 2 dr peppers.. No straws.
