I work evenings at the zoo, and I try to enjoy lunch, KFC has always been a great place to eat.Except this KFC, I can't count how many times now they have gotten my order wrong.Today ordered a 3p drum and thigh combo along with 2 other meals all with drinks.I entered the restaurant to find my meal, like always hasn't been started. When I was handed my meal, I got no cups until I reminded them of the order in front of them.I only have 2/3 pieces of chicken out of my 3p.No extra saucesNo cookies for the teamAnd completely blown off.This has been my 20th time ordering just for a simple lunch, and every time it has ALWAYS been wrong.Customer service is only good if I MAKE it good.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC, please stay far away until they learn their jobs
Horrible service. We ordered #12 combo, took 15min and then we were directed to go forward and wait. When they brought the food, we asked why it took so long. She said “They in there playin”. Sandwich had no toppings just the bread and chicken. Fries were cold. No ketchup or sauce was provided. 3 employees were outside by the front door and one of them had the drive through headset while smoking.
This place is never running properly, each time that I have gone there the drive thru is closed, the staffvis rude no customer service at all!! You try to support and you don't get good service.
Ordered 2 famous bowls, one had no corn or gravy and only 3 popcorn chicken. One was a large meal but provided no cookie and a medium cup when a large one was charged and argued that it was the correct size then admitted they were out of stock. Also got a chicken lil sandwich with extra pickles and it was only a small dry strip and bread. And after all this we only got one spork and no napkins. :(
The service was so good we even tipped! We ordered a rather large order. We paid and then were pulled up to the parking stall. ALL FRESH FOOD! They even added all the extra napkins n junk! 10 minute wait-IF that! 10/10 ty my kids chowed it gone! Well worth it!
Go thru drive thru ordered a family meal.female manger was rude has f▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎.she didn't understand my order.then try to explain .she cuts me off in the middle of me explaining with a f▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎ up attitude!then realized I know what I was ordering In the first place. just this particular store did not know that it have another name for this order.its very hard not to Criticize others And their race and because of the location that this particular store is at.and wonder why non blacks think the way that they think of black people.nasty attitudes ( I don't give a f▪︎▪︎▪︎ attitude)people like you give the blacks a Bad rep.fix your self before coming to work.
I'm not one for fast food, let alone fast chicken. But this one ill make an exception. Made fresh. Friendly staff.
Pulled up at 915pm and told me they had no food and was closing early. Couldn't even get chicken strips cuz supposedly 3 cars in front of me wiped them out. I mean it only takes golden chick 20 minutes to cook chicken. They got 45 minutes till close n wint offer to fix anything. Lazy.
Chicken was mush and everything wad cold and did not taste good. Gave my family stomach issues for 2 days
Every single time I go there (mom request kfc-closest location to her) they manage to screw up the order because they are so in a rush to get people through. Staff is very rude. They actually get an attitude when it's their fault. Definitely need to clean house and get a fresh new crop of people.
