2 friendly women working the drive through. Got all I ordered. They like everyone else wanted my traveling companion. My Norwegan Elkhound. He likes K fried chicken as much as I do. Will go by again

The worst KFC I ever been to. The worst hospitality ever me and my family walk in rushed. Prices redickules. And took way over 20min just to get our order. Manager rude as hell they need to close this one for sure way down
Went to go try the new Beyond Fried Chicken Nuggets and ordered 12 with fries. I overheard them say they needed to make more nuggets so they directed us to wait in front of the store. It took 25 minutes for them to finish our order. On top of the wait, half of my nuggets were hard and stale. These are worth it if they’re fresh, but honestly they were just okay. Nothing spectacular. Then I couldn’t even eat the other half and wasted 30 minutes I could’ve spent getting food elsewhere. I’m disappointed to say the least.
Not good y’all need to closet the store if you no have a good employee every time they out chicken or like today They don’t have a drawer to take my order I never go back. the manager she was RUDE
Liane was very patient and kind to me while I took time to order. The KFC menus vary by location and I wasn't sure what I was going to order. She never rushed me, or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Anytime I asked where something was on the menu, or the price she was quick to respond. Give her a dang raise y'all! Excellent customer service, next time I'm in town I will certainly return. Also, on my way out another gal in blue was also phenomenal, and kind. <3
The lady was so kind tonight.I really appreciate when people are doing a good job 12/7 around 10:30 at night
Waited over 40 minutes for one combo and some dips, they parked me out front where I could see them coming out the store to talk to friends and waist time, would not recommend
Can you train your drive thru workers to have better service? They won’t give you 5 seconds to order without pushing you through the line. We tried to order more food but before we could we were cut off with the total and so we kept ordering. We asked for sauce but was told to remind them at the window. We got to the window got our food and sauce, after reminding them. Went to eat our food and couldn’t because we had a famous bowl, but no fork. Guess we gotta remind them for cutlery too. SMH
My favorite place to get chicken, because they do chicken right! And some locations have a buffet and the ones in Texas has a 10 piece dark meat(5legs&5thighs) for $10.83 with tax and I eat that whole bucket to myself..?? don't judge me..lol
