Rude staff they basically will say they are out of everything just to not have to fix your food and it never fails when you do order you have to wait twenty minutes or more. Oh yeah and don’t bother trying to call ahead to order cause they won’t answer the phone. Today was my last time coming to this location I’m sure the less business the more happy these lazy people will be.

Terrible, staff in drive thru is incredibly rude, acted like I kicked her dog when asking for honey mustard. Also just look at the quality of the hot chicken they served up. All around bad experience….also didn’t get my drink or receipt which just adds to the experience

Fast, Fresh, Friendly service. What more can you ask for?! Skip the line down the street and come by KFC. They stepped up. The lobby is clean, and the food comes out hot!

Its been a few months since ordering from this store at 6000 n may. It was 5:15pm. I was going to go inside the store and order, so I could take a little extra time to look at the menu without holding up a line. However, there was an employee standing at the door on the inside, motioning to go around through the drive thru. There were 3 cars that came in after me that were met with the same reception. I thought this was very strange, since there was no explanation for why we could not come inside. I just thought, its a good thing I was planning on take out anyway. However, I get the feeling they would not have cared if they lost any business as a result. I could see people inside the restaurant but I think it was just employees running around the dining area; not really working.Anyway, I ordered 2 - 3pc boxes. The chicken was very tasty and hot, the mash tators & gravy, along with the coleslaw was good as well. Unfortunately there were no biscuits included with the meal, which may have been a favor, since the last time (about 2.5 months ago) they were hard and old. I went there about 1 month ago and was going to order some wings, but was advised very quickly and matter of fact, that the wings were made to oder and it would be at least a 20 min wait. At least I was told, so I elected not to stay, or order anything else; but that was mostly due to the way it was presented. At least the food I got today(albeit without the missing biscuits)was good, but lately this location is a crapshoot. I just get the feeling business here is deterred, rather than sought after. This store is very local for me and I would patronize this location a lot more if I felt more welcome and if there was more over all consistency with the level of food and completed orders going out the door.

VERY rude employees. Went drive thru and ordered beyond chicken for my wife, regular tenders for myself. Two drinks. Asked about sauce and got a snappy "I'll ask you at the window" alright. So I get to the window and am told to pull around and wait for a minute. Ten minutes pass and I finally see the employee come out and quickly throws our food to us. "Throws" is accurate here with a wrong drink and never even addressed our desire for sauce. We start shouting for them to come back (we are right next to the door) only to be ignored and we then, frustrated, take to the drive thru lane. There is now a quite long line so I make my way to the window only to be told that they aren't go in ng to exchange the food, oh and we get home to not even have the biscuits we paid for at all. So wrong order, missing food, snickering and laughing employees, rude service. I will not return to this location again and would advise anyone with a shred of self respect to do the same. I'm a paying customer, not some screaming child to be avoided.

Ordered a famous bowl and they told me they are only serving chicken, 50 minutes before the restaurant closes and they've shut it all down? I drove 20 minutes to get here, incapable and lazy staff. No wonder wages in this area are so low.

We were told they were out of several options, but we managed to get a few things ordered. We waited a long time for the food, but a few things were wrong. We tried to catch them as they went back in, but they ignored us. We went through the line trying to catch their attention, but they were incredibly rude and closed the window on us, refusing to open it again. I don't recommend visiting this location, there are better ones town.

I was in the process of trying to describe to the drive-thru worker how I ordered on the mobile app but the doors were locked, when she rudely interrupted me to tell me "You don't have to tell me about the doors the lobby is closed. what can I help you with?" So I told her I have a mobile order and before I could give my name she again cut me off in a sarcastic tone and said pull around to the second window. When I get to the window she just hands me my bags and starts to close the window and says nothing. Very poor service! Sweetie if you don't like your job get a new one!

I had not tried the "famous" chicken sandwich that was all the hype. We drove by this location and my hubby thought, why not try one. We pull up, ordered the chicken sandwich, the lady read back original chicken sandwiches, and gave us our total. We pull up, very nice lady, and pay. She asked us to pull around and she would bring it to us. There was 2 doors we went to one and after 6 minutes we wondered if it was the wrong door so I got out, door locked, I had to walk around to other door, it was locked too! Sat back in the truck for another 5 minutes and she finally came out with our food. It wasn't hot like we expected, due to wait time but wasn't cold. A couple bites in my mouth was starting to burn ? took some soda and a couple more bites and finally mentioned the heat to my husband, he hadn't drank so I thought it was me. I said this is pretty spicy for original. He agreed. She made sure to tell us original in the order. I knew something was up, looked at the wrapper, and she gave us 2 spicy sandwiches. I couldn't finish my sandwich. This location was disappointing. I won't be going back to it.

On January 9, 6 P.M., I drove through the "Drive Thru" for the Kentucky Fried Operations on May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. I ordered Crispy Fried Chicken Brest's-two (2). This lady on the audio said, "We are out of all Chicken Brest's of any kind". My comment, "How do you stay in business?" Then comes this fouled mouth answer, "If you are going to talk like that, we don't want your business!" I drove up to the window and wanted to get the names of the two (2) black people standing there. They motioned me to go on. Question? Who does the hiring and ordering for this Kentucky Fried Chicken Operation? I would be so embarrassed having scum like these people working for me.
