It’s always something with this location. It either takes 45 minutes with only five cars in the drive-thru to get your food or they don’t put all of your food in the sack. It’s not like you can sit there and take all of your chicken out of the bucket to make sure there’s 12 pieces or check the french fries or make sure everything‘s absolutely in there, but you shouldn’t have to because you’re not the one getting overpaid took work there. When you pay that much for overpriced chicken, you should get all of your chicken!! 10 pieces is not 12 when you paid for 12. A half of a box of french fries is not a full box of french fries! This location is worse than any of them and I would know because I’ve been to all of them in Okc!!!
I haven’t had KFC is awhile so I go tonight and I was given the wrong order and burnt chicken. Once I got home and seen this I immediately called the restaurant and not answer, just rung. Tried calling two more times still no answer. I know they weren’t closed because it was 9:00 pm. They were not busy NOT ONE car in the parking lot or drive through so no excuses. I will be calling back in the morning. Back to not eating there for awhile..
This is with out a doubt the worst KFC that I have ever been to.......or at least attempted to go to. Here it is on Mother's day at 11:30 am and the doors are still locked. Workers inside but no one willing to unlock the doors and no one working the drive through. Yum brands should be ashamed to have this specific restaurant as part of their brand.BTW i left another terrible review on mother's day of last year as well. Placed a mobile order a day ahead of time and still had to wait 45 minutes to get my food. I wish this "restaurant" nothing but the worst.

Came in and there was one worker working furiously to handle everything. When his crew came in everyone was kind and professional and got our food to us ASAP, hot and made the way we ordered. It’s delicious and the people here are absolutely kind, makes the rest of OK fast food look bad.
I thought i wad ordering dinner not appetizer.on top of that no bisquits or the sauces which cost extra btw (sauces). My order (1) 8 pieces (1)crispy (1)original ..cole slaw mp and gravy..corn get home no bread no sauces.. NEVER AGAIN!! Lousy customer service management? They're as bad as the emplyees
The worst KFC ever ordered everything then tried to buy a cookie they said don't worry about it I will give one then had me pull out front and wai minutes then shorted my order so pulled back thru drive thru and they gave me part of order and then said I can't give you a cookie after waiting 15 minutes tried to buy one and the slammed the window shut I will never eat at that place again
I was the VERY first person in line at the drive-through today when the restaurant opened. I waited at the mic for over 10 minutes before I pulled up to the window after receiving no response. When I got to the window I waited an additional 7 minutes before an employee came to provide service to me. But she didn’t. She instead rudely informed me that although I waited for nearly 20 minutes after the time they open she would not take my order through the window. I would have to pull back around and wait and what was now a line of five cars. I decided to just park and go inside instead. Once inside, I was ignored for ANOTHER five minutes. Finally an associate lazily comes out from the back and tells me they are only accepting cash. I honestly only wanted a chicken leg. One leg. Smh. Everyone in there should be fired. Expeditiously.
The only edible items in my $133 order were the sides. The color on the chicken was darker than the gravy that came with the mashed potatoes. I've never had fried chicken this bad in my entire life. Also the chicken tasted like the oil needed to be changed at least 2 weeks ago. I will never order from this location again and possibly never order from kfc at all.
This is the worst KFC location I've ever been to. Scratch that, worst restaurant I've ever been to. Came for the Beyond Chicken but they took forever, got the order wrong, and had zero customer service skills. It's the same every time I come to this location, not just one bad experience. I want Beyond Chicken so bad, but not really worth it here.
