I went to this location yesterday 26 May 22 and ordered the 8 piece original with mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and a additional side of mac-n-cheese. I got home and opened the cole slaw and it smelled rotten. Definitely had gone bad, so I threw it away. I didn't have my mashed potatoes, but instead had 2 mac-n-cheese. Not fond of gravy on mac-n-cheese. In this area, pretty much all the food places have bad service and food. I actually talked to the area manger of the Wingstop that is just on the corner of 122nd and Penn about the horrible services there. His response was that they can't get good help in there. If that is the case then and with these other food places, then close them all down. Why keep them open? Do you really care about the customer or just making a dollar on literally bad food, and service.
So i order a mashed potato bowl and also pay extra for a biscuit. Get my order and park. Pulls out the biscuit. It's hard as a rock. I attempt to go inside for a switcharoo. Doors locked even tho it says open. I try to call, no answer. So now I'm sitting here trying to scrap the little bitty piece of soft part off this rock of a biscuit. KFC just keeps going down.Oh, I forgot to add all the popcorn chicken in my bowl is cooked way too hard. You can't even taste the meat. It's crispy through and through. So I'm eating potatoes and corn smh
Even though it says they close at 11 you have to get there before 1030 and that's not always a guarantee, the last 3 times I've gotten there between 1015 and 1045 they've either told me they didn't have anything and it was too close to closing to cook anything, and that was before 1030 or they've straight up lied to me at 1035 saying they closed at 1030 even though I told them I knew they closed at 11 and all their lights on.
Horrible customer service!! Pulled in a 7:30 for dinner with family. The doors were unlock no signs posted and people inside setting down and someone come running out from the back screaming lobby closed!! But you can go through the drive thru. So wing stop right on the other side of 122 is way better!!
The food tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the blonde at the window was wretched mean. First time I've ever been to a bad KFC in my life!
Came at 10:02pm, and Google says they close at 11pm. I'm behind another car and we both are waiting to order, but no one answered, so we left. The lights were on in the restaurant and you could see the worker's cars. Sounds like they're just lazy and don't care for your business, take it somewhere that appreciates it.
This place has gone downhill over the years. It's ok if you just have a craving for KFC, but at this point I'd rather eat anywhere but here.
Come on KFC, Let's keep it together. Please check for hard biscuits, and correct items in the bag.
Had an Uber delivery order from them and they gave me some free chicken and a drink while I waited for a larger than usual order. Very friendly people. Would definitely recommend over the Popeyes across the street.
