DELICIOUS and an adorable oasis right in the middle of downtown OKC! I had been hearing about Katiebugs for a while, but from the pictures I'd seen, I had NO idea it was in the middle of the city. I assumed it was in the country somewhere, but all the cute garden touches and super fun exterior spaces are waiting to be discovered by YOU. Plus, their goodies are DELICIOUS (yes, I already said that, but...). For a fantastic escape from the Summer heat, grab a snow cone OR when it cools off, grab one of the other tasty confections. Don't wait! You'll be glad you went.
Stopped by for a sweet treat and got a cream soda and huge oatmeal cream pie. Great menu options and fresh, real ingredients. So many yummy choices it was hard to pick! Would love to come back for a snow cone and slice of cake!
This is such a cute little dessert shop. I got a wedding cake snow cone and a piece of cookie cake. The snow cone was delicious and was the perfect texture. The cookie cake was also very good. I’m used to cookie cakes being chocolate chip and this was sugar cookie, so it threw me off for a second lol, but it was still good. I saw many other snow cones and desserts that looked sooo good!
I love the oatmeal cream pies. I get one almost every week. Someone goes and picks them up from the office. Just a little disappointed today with the amount of filling though. It was still good just not as fantastic as weeks before. It is very much a must visit.
I found this gym downtown best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. They make homemade marshmallows I highly recommend trying the snickerdoodle it’s the bomb you’ll love this place bring your kids it’s fun as well inside
THIS CHOCOLATE CAKE POP IS THE BEST CAKE POP I HAVE EVER HAD! it is huge and well worth the price. The hot chocolate is TO DIE FOR especially with their flavored marshmallows made from scratch. I ordered the peanut butter flavored marshmallow in my hot chocolate and it was the perfect pairing. I have never really enjoyed marshmallows but I knew I had to try them here and I am so happy I did! Everything here is made from scratch and absolutely delectable. I cannot wait for family to come into town and to share this place with them. Very cute building with super sweet staff. There is outdoor seating, a drive thru, and walk up ordering window. Right now these are the only ways to order since you cannot enter the house. Hopefully we can enter and see the whole bakers soon because It would be nice to be able to see the whole environment and baked goods lined up.
Really cute place. They usually have lots of seasonal decor throughout fall and winter, like pumpkins for photos. Vast selection of sweets, this was was the sweet potato cake with cinnamon honey buttercream.

Katiebug’s marketed themselves as a place to buy sweets and drinks made with natural ingredients. This is no longer true. This was great for a person like me with food allergies and sensitivities! It was pretty disappointing to buy cake today only to find that the ingredients had changed. The wooden forks and cardboard based boxes have now been replaced by cheap plastic. Bad for the environment. They’ve sold out. I will not be back.
Wanted to go for ages. The homemade marshmallows are terrific. Everything sounded so good it was a hard decision to choose. But my sweet tooth was satisfied. Plenty of free parking.
