Everything about this place is AWESOME. The Food oh wow and the managers are great. I would recommend this place to eat and work . Their GREAT ?
Standard Jimmy Johns. Love their sandwiches! The Beach Club is my go to. At this location, we witnessed the staff deal with a very challenging customer. They showed an amazing level of composure and grace. They deescalated the situation. Restaurant was clean, including bathrooms. Only disappointment was that the bathrooms had zero signs!!! Highly recommend this location. ?
Customer service and positive attitude were apparently on back order due to Covid today. They substituted extra attitude tho so that was nice. Don’t expect to be greeted by anyone and if they can be bothered to serve you be thankful.
This place was slammed with an entire softball team and yet they managed to handle getting our order correct and made all the orders pretty quick. Great staff!
Everytime I order from this place, they mess it up. I ask for extra lettuce, they give about three shreds. Extra mayo and its the driest sandwich I've ever tasted. I can't be the only one who gets a subpar sandwich from this place, so I am surprised they seem to do so much business. Their quality has really fallen over the past few years. I don't think I'll go back.
Didn't make my order as requested. I said what I wanted 3 times. I didn't have time to get it fixed, I had to get back to work.
This place is fast and delicious... Half the time. The other half the quality of the food is terrible and it takes multiple hours to deliver the food
I was ignored for a few minutes after I got there but that was okay they were busy. The person taking my order switched off with another person who took my cash and handed me back change. The money was covered in sauce and lettuce since he was still wearing his gloves and that was fine too but what disgusted me was this person immediately going back to make my food with the same gloves he was handling cash with. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I threw the sandwiches away. Please buy some extra gloves for your employees and stress the importance of cross contamination before someone gets really sick from eating at your establishment, as my food wasn’t the only food being made so a bunch of sandwiches went out from dirty gloves today.
I placed a order online at 11:28 am and was not set out for delivery until 12:15. I understand when businesses get busy. But I had yet to receive my order by 12:30 I reached out and called and a women that was very rude told me they were busy. That’s fine. I got a phone call from the driver at 12:50 saying he could not find my location but asked for the address and said they gave him the wrong address which yes it is correct on the receipt….. and finally my food showed up at 1:00…. I f you are that busy and your website says freaky fast and your that busy you should update your times to say might take longer or call your customers when it’s that far behind. The service gets slower and slower every time…. No communication and for the fact they are five minutes away is ridiculous. Do not order from this location unless you want slow delivery
Do not recommend for store pick-up. It may be an okay place if you go inside. I only have a short amount of time for lunch, so, I placed my order online and went to pick it up. I got back to the office with my lunch, and my order was wrong. The sandwich I ordered was the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian, EZ lettuce, cut in half, what I received was a black and blue, with a ton of lettuce, blue cheese and horseradish, not cut in half. I do not like blue cheese or horseradish, and I did not have time to go back and get a replacement, so I ate chips and a pickle for lunch. I contacted them online, got a response from corporate that said they would send my issue to the independently owned Jimmy John's owner. I never received a call from anyone at that location.
