This place was amazing. The cocktails were delicious and the food was out of this world. Got the Korean tenderloin and it did not disappoint. For the quality, the prices were not bad at all. Definitely recommend. The server did mess up the order for one of us, but they had the right dish out in minutes and apologized promptly, and it was still delicious.
My wife and I visited Jimmy B’s this past spring. We made reservations and when we arrived we were promptly seated without a wait. The ambience is fairly dark but not too dark. They were fairly full at the time but it was never too loud for us. We were able to hear each other and converse without issue. We ended up purchasing several rolls of sushi. They are on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the combinations on their menu. Our server was attentive and professional. The experience overall was excellent. We hope to be back again.
Sadly the worst meal I have had in Oklahoma in years. The Ahi tuna was terrible. Definitely not sushi grade. Full of connective tissues, could not even cut with a knife. Our server was also struggling.. not familiar with the menu, could not accurately describe specials. Coconut cream pie looked beautiful but had no flavor. We literally left the whole dessert on the table and left. We will not be back.
This was THE BEST FOOD IVE HAD IN OKC. We went here tonight and sat outside under a beautiful umbrella with a heater and it was so nice! I forgot the servers name (forgive me) but he was so awesome!!!! He was the older gentleman that is outgoing and explains the food and how it’s made very descriptively with hand motions. We had the Korean Beef Tenderloin and it was SO TENDER and flavorful!!! Melted in our mouths for sure and the Drinks were amazing as well!! I had the butterfly effect which had lavender foam on top and a cute little paper butterfly placed on top. Thank you guys so much for the best service we have ever had.
Food, drinks, and service were amazing tonight! This place has top notch service, better than many fine dining restaurants I've been to. Lindi was on point. The manager stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was good which it was. Several servers went by and picked up things from our table each time they passed. I am a former server of 6 years and bartender of 1.5 years, and I was impressed. The cocktail list was amazing. The butterfly effect is my new favorite cocktail ever. This is a restaurant where I literally want to come back and try everything on their menu including drinks and food. These restaurants are few and far between. Food was perfect, no constructive feedback. I came here because 405 magazine had it rated in the top new restaurants of OKC. I could not agree more. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you try it if you haven't yet.
11/10 in service, drinks, and food. Highly recommend! I am already planning my next visit and would like to eventually try everything on the menu.
I know this is Oklahoma, but Jimmy B's has some of the best sushi we have ever had anywhere. If you are not into sushi, they also have a killer burger, steak, pasta, and many other substantial offerings. Great atmosphere inside that feels very covid safe and a wonderful outside area as well complete with heaters and a fireplace. Excellent service and a nice bar with beautiful cocktails & a fun happy hour with "bar bites". My husband ordered the poke bowl from the bar menu this evening and loved it. We also enjoyed the dip trio, the featured sushi and the Thai steak & noodle salad. All delicious. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places in OKC for dinner and drinks!
Everyone working there seemed to check on us at some point. So the service was great, food presentation was impressive and everyone at my table liked what they ordered and would return. It’s definitely a fun place to go with friends. We met another couple there. Outside dining had heaters at each table. So neat how they retro-fitted the dealership.
Found a new favorite spot!The vibe is on point, drinks are creative and delicious, and the food is out of sight.We got the Tuna Tartare as an appetizer, it's some of the best you can get around here.This place isn't specifically sushi, but their rolls are some of the best I've had in the city.What really tied it all together was the waitstaff. The manager greeted us on the way in, and chatted. It was a nice personal touch. Our waitress never let our drinks get empty and was very attentive the whole time.Overall I can say it's an experience that's worth stopping in for. I'd give it more stars if I could.
We had an excellent dinner experience. The wait staff were friendly and prompt. The kale salad with macadamia nuts plus the Korean filet was amazing! Also had the butterfly illusion cocktail which was beautiful and yummy!
