Better order one hour ahead because apparently 30 minutes isn’t enough time for one sandwich. I should have waited in line because that seems to be going faster. And the online pick up area is all the way in the back of the line, so you’ll have to cut in front of a lot of people just to check to see if your order is there. That makes no sense. Just put the pick up rack in the front of the store. Also don’t come here on your lunch break because you won’t getting your sandwich in time. Let this comment be your motivation to just make food at home.
We had never had Jersey Mike's before and we're eager to try it. We pulled up at 8:57, not realizing they close at 9. We ordered our subs and I asked an employee if we were able to stay and eat our subs there. I was told it would be ok so we ordered drinks. The same employee brought our subs to us and told us he was sorry but his manager said we couldn't stay. If we had known that before, we wouldn't have ordered drinks.
We always enjoy the food but had a pretty bad experience. Placed a call in order and was told it would be 30 minutes. Showed up after 25 minutes and checked in near the register. Was told they hadn’t started it but would let me know when it was ready. Watched as a full line of people went through until it came to the family who came in behind me and went through the line. Asked what was going on and they said they always take care of people in the line before call in orders. Watched as they took care of another line of customers and decided to get in line myself.Long story short, they prepared my call in as I went through the line… one hour after placing the call in order.Moral of the story: don’t waste time calling in an order, just show up and go through the line.
I’ve been going to this jersey mikes for three years because it’s the closest to my house, and today was the final straw. Word of advice for anyone who goes to this jersey mikes, if you do an online order, CHECK YOUR SANDWICH BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!I get a #9 every time. I click the button, and order it, and somehow every single time they have messed up my sandwich in a different way. No bacon, no mayo, not making it mikes way, wrong bread, whatever. Today, there was no lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt or pepper…HOW?? How do you forget the majority of the sandwich? I came home and had to make the rest of the sandwich myself because I didn’t have enough time to go back and fix it. Y’all….three years of wrong sandwiches. Whatever the owner of this jersey mikes is doing is doing an absolutely horrible job. I’ll be going to a different location from now on, or just checking my sandwich every single time. I just want what I ordered, and I have literally never gotten that from this location.
My first time here. Food is good. Parking is awful.
They dont deliver at all. Even though local commercials say free delivery when using the jersey mikes app. Only gives the option for pickup.
Scheduled to.e for pickup of a 12 pack box order of subs.Friendly staff( +1 star). Then you get your food unmarked sandwiches...(-2 stars) I ordered ALL sandwiches without tomato and Mayo as the people eating them requested..... Accurate order - NOPE (-2 stars). Called to talk to manager and he tells me he made the sandwiches personally and none had Mayo or tomatoes. I thankfully took pictures... But because this is an individually owned store... This has to be the type of business they allow or coach...I don't do business like that. (-1 star). If you are looking for accurate orders on spending $78+ .... This isn't the place. Expensive experience learned by myself. The online ordering made it easy.. Easy in and out of the parking lot. This won't get my business next time.Questions reach out...Respectfully,Bryan
I know, I know coming in 10 minutes before closing time sucks. Seeing 3-4 workers standing behind the counter- watching their face drop as we entered, I completely understood. However, back in the day when I did my time at a fast food place, we were NOT allowed to turn away customers. Clean up was done during and after business hours for how ever long it took. Being that this is a sandwich shop I didn't feel so bad, but the crew last night couldn't be bothered to make 2 sandwiches To-Go.
Have always loved jersey mikes!! Then the one closed by my house.. so I get a sammie for lunch when I see a store by my location
Food is fine, expected of a chain. Was over 30 minutes past my pickup time to receive food despite ordering online before arriving. 45 minutes for a sub is insane.
