All food sucks in Oklahoma since weed came in and crashed our economy, I get that. I thought the ol trusty Jersey Mike's wouldn't disappoint but of course they did. Must be under new ownership. When my husband worked here they demanded a lot more from their workers. Now everyone is slow, unfriendly and the bacon isn't even cooked right. Super disappointing service and product.
The subs were very goodThe staff here are excellent!It was busy, but they kept the line moving, still made great subs, and kept a good attitude.
I ordered through the app and had some issues. Good quality food and customer service however I set up my pick up time for 6:45 and I’m pretty sure my sandwich was made when I ordered it online at 6:00. The bread is completely saturated with oil making it inedible. I also asked for the relish on the side but it’s on my sandwich. What frustrates me is I paid full price for a sandwich that is an hour old, made incorrectly and I paid two dollars on an undeserved tip. This location is great when you dine in, but if you ever order online make sure and check your food. I’m about to eat a room temperature sandwich… wish me luck!

Even tho they are a lil busy at lunch, everyone on the sub line knew there job and never panicked. I sat down with my daughter, opened up her chips and before enjoying Cheetos, they called my name for my hot sub. The store manager at the time really had his ducks in a row, if I would of ate anywhere else I would of been a goose lol
Ordered a giant number 8 and it started off well but when it was handed off to the next area he asked if i wanted it mikes way i saids yes but no onions. Started making and threw a ton of onions on it so i had to stop him and ask him to remove them and he wiped mayo all over the top of the sandwich then wrapped it up and the bag was covered in mayo. Once we opened it to eat it we noticed that he forgot the oil and vinager. Went back in to have that added and the other dude poured a cup of each on it so it was nearly uneatable.... not coming back to this location....
Wow. What a total disappointment! Normally, I rave about Jersey Mike's but this visit was horrible. First, I ordered a regular #7. The bread was misshapen and looked smaller than normal. I thought he was making me a mini so I asked since there were several sandwiches being made at the time. I asked for another regular instead of the one being made. Mind you, I did not wait until he was finished. I asked right away. He said they didn't have anymore bread for 10 more minutes. I also had 3 kids meals and the drink cup was not the hard plastic it was the water cup. I accidentally crushed part of it trying to put lids. Then I realized online that they come with a cookie that we did not get. The guy in the bandana seemed put out to help me and seemed to care less that I was not happy. Then after all that, less than two minutes later he grabs bread from the back for the next customers.....really? Then the guy ringing me up was very nice but you could tell he was fairly new and no one seemed to really want to help him with ringing me up. Not a good visit.
Is this the only place left in the city where you can’t sit down and eat? Wanted a philly, but all of your sandwiches get soggy in 3 minutes and are terrible to go. We used to come here allllll the time, now, we will probably bring our business to people who still like to provide a quality dining experience rather than rushing everyone out the door as fast as possible

The staff were very helpful and patient allowing us to get our coupon discount which had to be done through an app order instead of a code or scan code at the register. The sandwiches are great always but we appreciate their helpfulness. ?
