I gave this place five stars because the staff is very friendly and always on the ball
Horrible customer service and the price of the sandwich is extremely over-priced.
Snowy day so no one was there... we ate inside. Food was great and ready in no time at all.
Went last night to grab some dinner we had our sandwiches made no issues the problem occurred when my husband handed the cashier a $20 bill and said he would pay for the rest with his card. the girl at the register looked and him like he was the craziest person she’s ever seen she had literally no idea what he meant when he tried explaining that he just wants to pay part in cash and part with his card she said “ I don’t know how to do that “ then she called the other two guys that were there to help her. Between THREE PEOPLE not a one of them could figure out how to work the register and he just ended up paying for it with his card. We literally waited for them to try and figure it out for at least 15 minutes, there didn’t seem to be a manager there and if one of those employees was the manager YALL NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT! Other than that the sandwiches were very good hence the two stars rather than one
I went there tonight for the first time all I have to say it was good I love jersey mikes the staff was nice the manger she was cool I think i will be coming back eventually the general manager seemed very friendly over the phone

Placed order online with specific details of toppings for three subs. Picked up order when got home found that all three subs where not made how we ordered but were made Mikes way and the bread was soaked with oil and vinegar. Upon calling to let them know about our order, the female on the phone pulled up our order and said they made the subs how they came in. Well that does nothing for me after spending $30 for soaked bread and no concern for the customer I will never return to this location. Bad customer service.

11/12/21I was excited to find a sub shop that served gluten free subs. They use udi’s bread which is a bread I’ve had at other restaurants that had gluten free options and I’ve worked with it at home. It’s great but there is one stipulation to using it. It has to be toasted otherwise it falls apart and turns to mush. I ordered a gluten free sandwich toasted. We were the only people there for a while and after a long wait I finally received the sandwich. It was mushy and falling apart. Not a big deal, I just asked them to remake it but make sure they toasted the bread. About 3 family’s have come in at this point and my order gets put at the end. I then watch the cook make one sandwich at a time with a huge grill meant to cook multiple meals at a time. So I waited for 40 more minutes while I watched 20+ people get served at the Taco Bell next door. Finally I get my sandwich and it’s exactly the way they gave it to me the first time, mushy and falling apart. So I ask nicely, hey, did you guys toast this sandwich?The guy says, technically no, we don’t have a toaster, we just put it on the grill for a minute. I’m a little shocked I had to wait 40 minutes for something to be remade the exact same way. I just politely asked for a refund. I will not be back. Plus the two drinks and chips were about 10 dollars and they were canned drinks. So I spent 4 dollars on a bubbly. I only ordered one large gf sub and that was 17 dollars and the place doesn’t own a toaster…. It’s just bizarre. If I worked at a sandwich making place and they told me there is no toaster I would have to quit right away because it’s a reflection of a business being a complete joke.
Best subs in town. They cost more but worth every penny.
