I have eaten a Jason's many times. I always get the same thing, the beefeater. I like it. Don't know about the rest of the nenue, others tell me the food is prtertty good.
I will never eat here nor order delivery. The manager is nice in her wording but her condescension is quite clear. She refused to make a delivery mistake correct. Even after contacting corporate I've yet to hear back. They are not interested in making anything right. Try learning some customer service skills from a place like The Stuffed Olive or even Cowboy Chicken who redelivered a mistaken order. Terrible customer service. These people really are a joke.
Nasty food experience . Cold gristley steak, room temp soup, old tasting bun, cheese that looked like it’s been sitting out for hours. First time there. One and done.

Ordered the 1/2 chicken sandwich and salad bar. Nice to see real leaf lettuce on the salad bar, not bleached out iceberg like many other places. Quality food, clean place, nice waitstaff.
Years passed before we finally gave Jason's a try and discovered what we have been missing. Great fresh food. The Salad bar of very appealing choices to make up a gourmet delight of a salad with many add-ons. Haven't tried a sandwich yet because the salads are so good. The soups have been tasty, too, A big thumbs up on everything.
