I pulled up to the speaker around 11:15pm on a Saturday night to be told "We're only taking mobile orders." So I say "okay, cool. Can I ask why?" The young man says louder and angrily "WE'RE ONLY TAKING MOBILE ORDERS." "Just wondering why only mobile orders is all." He literally says "I can't have you in my drive through taking up my time."I just wanted to know if it'd make their lives easier if I only ordered via the mobile app in the future. Instead, I was treated as an inconvenience. This happens almost every time I visit this location, along with being out of a lot of items on the menu. I've also been told "mobile orders only" in the past without questioning and ended up eating elsewhere. I'm not sure if that's legitimate or an excuse as he was just standing around when I drove past the window. No bags, no food prep, nothing. I contacted them via the website. We'll see if they do anything about it. Either way, I'm not sure I'll visit this location or any other Jack in the Box again.
Went with my partner to get quick dinner on the way home from a long road trip. Asked for a burger with lettuce, Mayo, and cheese only and when I got home it was tomato, cheese, and mustard only! I understand mistakes, but I ordered a sweet tea that was fizzy and tasted like they put half sweet tea and half of my partners Diet Coke. I’ve never had a problem with this establishment. On top of this when I filed a complaint through cooperate I couldn’t even get an email. Workers were also very rude and impatient. Will NOT be coming back.
Many years ago I stopped eating at Jack in the Box due to very bad experience in Southeast Texas. I now live in Oklahoma and figured ok I will give it another shot. I WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZED AT THE FLAVOR OF THE FOOD. THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST FAST FOOD I HAVE EVER TRIED. My drink was Root Beer but was supposed to be Dr Pepper. Altho for that quality of food I. Am perfectly fine with it :).
I always seem to get someone that doesn't really enjoy their job or something. they rush you to order and order is wrong every time. last visit got no sauce. no straws and no napkins. was pretty bad expirence since I was on the go trying to eat in my car.
We sat in the drive thru for an HOUR!! the worker over the speaker sounded like we where an inconvenience! This is my first time here and I don't know if I will come back. I have worked at the jack in the box in Texas as shift lead and it was never and Hour wait.. I understand the shortage of help and stress but you can't let the people on the other side know that and I see about 5 ppl and the person in front of me waited 20 minutes to get a drink and my ice cream was melted
Worst fast food experience ever. Do not come here unless you have lots of time to waste… Wish i could leave the drive thru line but cars block you in and you have to jump a curb to get out. Never again.
Hard Working staff, Definitely speedy service.. they've messed our orders up. A Big Smile ? when you drive up to window. Thanks
The food in generally is decent. The staff is usually friendly. I truly feel some of the food is over priced. $30 for 3 of us is a lot for fast food.We get the Tiny Tacos every visit, no complaints on them. Love the addition of the Nacho Tiny Tacos. The breakfast burritos could use a little salt, they fell rather flat compared to the other items purchased. Loved the southwest salad.
I always get tacos, well... almost always. everyday is a jack in the box has the best frozen tacos. One thing about it is that regardless of anything else they are always consistent. ??? but this particular day I got the buttery jack and lmk... yummmmmy in my tummy!
Dude over the PA was super rude. He was rude at the window as well. Super long wait time. Nearly 25 minutes. Beginning to think this is just how folks are in Oklahoma City. Homeless everywhere, rude people at drive through windows, and gas stations that want to temporarily hold $100 for $25 worth of gas
