Trashiest employees ever!Emploee kept insisting that my $20 bill was fake and argued with me at the window kept telling me she was from the streets she knows how it goes and threatening calling the police! (Ya really from the streets!!) i had just gotten it from the ATM at 711 so I know it wasn't fake and offered my card and she tried charging a charge of $4 first and then $19.42 when the total was less then $10!!! so I asked for the managers name to call in the daytime and she wouldn't tell me finally I said I want my money back and to cancel the order!!! I will not return to that location again unless its to receive an apology! So tired of dealing with trash at the window of this location!

I haven't been in a while but decided to try the fish sandwich deluxe, I was craving fish. I was told they were out of fish, so I ordered a double jack combo with curly fries, I live 3 minutes away, got home the fries (as usual ) were cold, the burger was just OK, not a lot of flavor. The staff was nice as always and fast. Definitely will go back to get that fish sandwich but won't or curly fries again, this is the 3rd time they've been cold. I like Jack in the box because they have so many choices, but they need to work on adding flavor to the burgers, the sourdough jack and buttery jack ate really good.

I asked for hot taco sauce to go with the burritos. I asked several times they did not give me even one taco sauce. I also have pictures of the burrito. My Autistic son's burrito and my burrito we're both split.I feel sorry for the manager there because she's not very bright or he I went through the drive-thru I won't go through the drive-thru anymore I may not even go ever again and I will let everybody know how bad the food is. I also asked for The breakfast platter.I asked for two. I asked for sausage and bacon. We only received one sausage. The platters were all messed up they didn't look good.I don't know who the manager is but they're not a good manager they're a very bad bad manager. They are allowing their employees to screw up orders like this. Very disappointed. Very very disappointed. And you had to have exact change too. The food cost almost $18 for such a screwed up mess I feel sorry for you guys bad bad business

Jack in the box is awesome, it's always has been. I love the fact that you can buy anything off the menu at anytime of the day or night, the prices have always been good and the food excellent. My best friend and I use to stop at Jack in the Box day and night back in the 1990's.

Jack in the box overall usually good so 2 stars, but this location specifically 0 stars, I've been here twice in the last month and both times they were missing critical breakfast items. This time happened to be hash browns and when I asked if their was a substitute the lady informed me no bc it would cost more. So I either get no side with my meal, or get upcharged bc the company doesn't have what comes with the meal (I left w.o purchasing anything).. well I would suggest that the up-charge be waved, would keep your customers happy at a small to if any real cost in comparison to me (and probably others) not ever coming back also spreading this encounter amongst peers.

This place is a joke. How can you be out of change and food? And this is 8pm. Nothing like pulling up to order and hit with we are out of. But at least they weren't having "computer problems" like they do overnight and can't take orders. They need to demolish this location and build a Whataburger. At least it will be open for the stated hours.

Service was terrible. The girl couldn't get the order right. Only took her 4 tries to get it right. Food wasn't good. My hash browns were just tossed in the bag, not in the sleeve they are supposed to be in plus they were cold. Sausage biscuit was cold and dry. Never will I come back.

So lazy. There’s a large 24 hr employer relatively close to this location. This store always happens to be closed during the overnight lunch breaks. Conveniently reopens after that window. It’s a gamble, just drive up to the menu and see what they say. I mean they’re closed, but everyone is still there just chilling, regularly.

DON'T USE THE JIB APP!!! Charged multiple times for orders that were not received. They have nothing to do with the app. All numbers to get help getting money back are worthless. The order we did get was good. $200 taken for 1 meal. The app is literally a steal!!

Had a great experience. Ordered over $50 of food and everything was correct and hot and fresh and fast. Easy location and friendly service.
