Drive through only during a busy lunch. Pay better and you'll have enough employeesStaff was awesome though, got my order quick, lots of great food for the price.Wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for more/ higher paid employees.They deserve it
I'm genuinely appalled at how bad this place is. I have never, ever received an order the way I ordered it whenever I've come here. Whether it's missing items (just ordered today; ordered 6 tacos, got 3), the tacos coming with nothing but the shell or barely filled with meat, or special requests being completely ignored, this specific Jack in the Box repeatedly falls flat. Unbelievable how consistently inept the service is. Not even my poor McDonald's experiences outdo this level of awfulness. And this has been going on for YEARS. I doubt this will ever change. Stay far away from here.
Service is 50/50 here.Sometimes it's super fast and then there are times where they will take their sweet time while there are 20 cars in line.Orders are mostly accurate here and service is friendly
My visit was not satisfying first the line was was almost to the street, then I had to wait almost 6-10 minutes before someone took my order, then when I received my food my fries were cold, I ordered egg rolls and received a box of onion rings in the egg roll box. I asked for honey mustard sauce for my chicken tenders and received ranch, when I paid for my order the person at the window yanked my card out of my hand and then gave it back to me inside my order bag he was not not friendly at all. I will never return to this establishment again this was a horrible visit.
I was hoping to get some food for family around 10:30pm. place is clearly open but when I get to drive-thru we were told they are only taking orders for doordash and other online order apps. If Jack in the Box doesn't want customers they should put up a sign before people enter their drive-thru.That's definitely the last time I went to that place. There's a whataburger nextdoor and McDonald's right in front.
I'm a big fan of their egg rolls, although the last few times I've gone here the egg rolls have been a little burnt, but the employees are awesome here they go above and beyond and they are always very nice and courteous and if I've ever had a problem with my order they drop whatever they're doing to take care of the customer and I love that.
Whoever is working your night shift drive thru is the absolute sweetest person ever. Very pleasant to talk to and made sure our order was 100% correct. Love their energy, give them a raise!!!!
I generally love Jack in the box and the people who work here are usually cheerful.My beef is that lately this '24hr' location has been CLOSED at night. I work late. They don't Always answer the phone even when they are there and the drive isn't worth it enough to chance leaving without dinner. I don't chance it anymore and have taken my business elsewhere...
With everyone saying they won't let us use the bathrooms bc of covid and was on a uber and had to use the restroom and they let me use it so was very grateful thank you bro I forgot ur name but thank youuu
Every time I try to go early in the morning that either inform me they're closed, they're not taking orders,or they're only taking moblile orders. We have tried to go to this location on several occasions early in the morning only to be told these things. It makes it hard to stop at there and get breakfast in the morning morning before work because they're never serving people. If a business is 24 hours why do they not take orders for a couple hours every day.
