Not bad but very Average and basic food and service. Not the best barbecue Iâve had.
I've been dining at Iron Star for at least the past 15 years. The food contiurs to always be excellent! I've dined there when crowded as well as when we were the only occupied table. Their drinks, appetizers, main meals, as well as dessert EVER disappoint! I eat out often, currently I've amassed 12,300 points on Open Table, so I do feel I'm a qualified reviewer. Excellent in every way! Some servers are better than others, but I love this restaurant! Their Perfect Margaritas and quail appetizer are unbeatable anywhere in the US! Thanks for staying consistent!

As always, great food. Pat was an AWESOME server.
Server was great.... had a booth... but the food was just ok.... fancy Mac & Cheese was the best item we had.... meat was cool.... dry and BBQ sauce was to tart for my taste...sweet potatoes were also bland... would have liked more sweetness in them.... my husband said ribs were a bit dry.... didn't much care for the flavor... he did like the red bliss potato salad not in a big hurry to go back.....
Quick service. Good food good selections on the menu
Food was great we told them we were sharing our meal because we were from out of town and a to go bag would not work because we didn't have a microwave or fridge in out hotel. We ordered appetizers and never got them and our waiter gave us our initial drinks but never came back to ask us for refills or even offer them. Not until we were leaving and I mentioned to him that we never got out appetizers so th please have them removed from the bill. He did bring a to go cup of soft drinks for my kids at the end but I could have probably had another drink.
My husband just moved here and this was our first date night! Absolutely amazing food !
