Srsly amazing cookies in a variety of flavors including GF & Vegan. Bluebell ice cream to top off warm chocolate bites of yum! Clean & quiet, very nice staff.
There is no way to contact the local store. The phone number is routed to a call center with the rudest customer service, if you could even call it that. I had to cancel my order because they could not tell me if there were items that I'm allergic to in my local store. And it will take 3-5 business days to get my money back. They actually pushed me to cancel the order rather than try to help me figure out if their product was safe for me to consume. If 0 stars were an option... .
Dulce and Nadine were great, had to get my order by 2 for a birthday party they got it done within a hour. The cookie was exceptional will definitely team up with them again sticky, sweet, goodness??
Wow, their customer service needs some work for sure. I called to ask why our order wasn’t delivered for the SECOND time. They claimed no one was at the apartment even though the recipient specifically stayed home to wait for the cookies. When I explained this over the phone, the lady HUNG UP on me!! Now we have no cookies and no refund. I will never order from here again.
I visited the Charlotte location and also a location in Florida and Texas. I was excited when we traveled through OKC to stop but what a disappointment. They were out of my favorite PB and Chocolate chip cookies. Im not sure why they couldnt be made since they are supposed to be fresh. My order was wrong. Then after trying to make it right , and getting an ice cream sandwich the cookies were hard and definitely not warm. Out of all of the locations this was definitely the worse. Not good.
Very beautiful scenery and amazing smell of fresh baked cookies,I ordered the chocolate chunk cookie and mint chocolate chip ice cream,both were fresh and super fulfilling,only issue was the lady getting my ice cream served me the wrong one but I kindly said I had asked for the mint ice cream,which she loudly sighed but it's whatever at this point. I still recommend them.

My wife and I had a sweet tooth, so we stopped in here. They did not disappoint! Cookies were delicious and fresh; I loved the mint chocolate chip ice cream. If you too have a sweet tooth, this place is a must go to.
Was absolutely amazing, although some of my company was very rude, the service was amazing... worth every penny
