if i could give this place 0 stars i would … i was the only table yet my food or drink wasn’t entered in until about 25 minutes later. my server was very lousy and the food was mid. never coming here ever again
Pretty decent food for the price. Loved my omelette, not my favorite hash browns. But most everyone was super nice. Nice hosts, short wait. Esperanza was my server and did great! Super sweet and attentive! Also had another girl (might have bee a manager or host?) refill my coffee and she was nice. The food runner was thw only person that wasnt- pretty much dropped my food at the table and walked off with nothing more than a "yep." all in all, good, cheap breakfast.
Went there twice. Once Friday night and our waitress wasn't very nice. Once the next night and our waitress was awesome. Don't remember their names but food was good both nights.
Food was good and waitress nice and friendly. But she was the only waitress. It took a little longer to get our order Seems like the shift manager could wait tables since they were short staffed.
The waitress started off strong but then placed my order wrong. Then my food did not come with everyone else's. When she said my meal would be out soon I verified my choice with the waitress. My meal still came out wrong. The waitress tried to take it back but I told her never mind and took it anyway. Then her whole mood changed and we had to hunt her down for water. This was upsetting, considering we let the meal error go?
I bring my daughter here every weekend we’re together before getting her hair done and the staff is just great. The food is good, and the wait isn’t long at all. 10/10!
Servers were not attentive to some of our needs but they always got to us eventually. The food was good though. Overall it was okay
Wow, saw the manager go left on someone who was simply asking why we couldn't be seated. Commented, out the side of her mouth, "I've been here since 5" we don't have servers. Told him that there was no reason to get mad. He was not even raising his voice. She was making a scene when no one else was. She was way out of line talking to this gentleman like that. I didn't like her attitude so I took my business elsewhere.
Our wait was not long at the time we visited. The waitress was precise. Helped us order correctly for all items. The food was delicious. I would recommend this resturant.
Was part of a group of 9, made reservations at the nearby BJ’s. They lost our reservation somehow and wouldn’t seat us. We gave IHOP a call - they were able to accommodate us and get menus in our hands within 10 minutes. Really great service!
