I was served a grilled chicken salad 6/7/22 around 4:30pm.It was the worst salad. It looked fine at first, but a closer look and I found a piece of lettuce that had black spots on it. So I started looking at all the lettuce and over half looked like garbage.if I had put salad dressing on it, it makes sick to think about it. I let it and we lefy.
Worst ihop ever they always find a way to mess up your order. Second time ordering and asked for no cheese no tomatoes and they put cheese and tomatoes on my omelettes and takes them forever to get your food made.
This one on N.W. Expressway is the BEST IHOP in the city!!! Very clean, comfortable and a great staff!! I ordered a "Colorado Omelette" & three "Blueberry pancakes" and within a few minutes after getting my coffee my meal was already brought to me by a very nice waitress named "Leasha S." Was very efficient and made me feel at home!! GREAT JOB IHOP on N.W.EXPRESSWAY!! I'LL BE BACK SOON!!?⚔??
Came here at 5pm and there are barely any workers. It’s not busy at all and it took way too long to be seated. The workers are rude and they say me next to a table they are using specifically for dirty dishes from all tables. It’s disgusting. They are out of pretty much everything and I haven’t even got my food yet so there’s no telling how bad that will be.
Stay clear of this IHOP. The staff is terrible, she charged my CC twice and said it would sort itself out in 48 hours. I also went there for the Happy Hour meals as advertised on th e IHOP site. She said they did not honor those at this location. I will choose not to honor them with ever eating there again.Bad staff, bait and switch menu items
Went for breakfast. 20 minutes after ordering I stand up to see our order in the window. I ask the cook is that our order, he says yes. Our server Phillip is on the phone as our order sets in the window for 10 minutes. After complaining Philip puts the phone down and walks to get our order with a ton of attitude. When we brings the food to our table it is cold. After telling Phillip our food was cold and how ridiculous it was he let it set in the window so he could be on the phone he told me to watch my tounge. I asked Phillip to try and make me watch my tongue and he walked aggressively to the edge of my table. I stood up as to defend myself as my son tried to get Phillip to move away. The manager did waive our ticket but our family will never eat at another IHOP restaurant.
We were the only people in at the time. Waitress took order and about 10 min, later she came and told us they didn't have BBQ for my sandwich. The manager should have told her that as soon as she got the order. Ordered sm. OJ, got a large, then told that was the only size. Ordered 2 sausage links, got 4. Charged for all larger items. Got my order of pancakes on a saucer. If I were to pour syrup on that, it would have gone all over the table. Had to wait 5 min. to get a plate to put the pancakes on. Not all waitresses fault. Just not good considering we were the only ones in to start.
Food was great but feels under staffed. Also for a refill I don't ever remember asking for the glass you had back rather than just bringing a new full glass and taking the old, that was a weird experience.
Came in Christmas Eve. It was pretty busy but they lost our order, took about 30 mins to get food. Waitress gave us fruit and applesauce while waiting, was very kind. Food brought out was wrong but was quickly fixed. Had to ask for gravy many times but finally got it. Drink was empty almost the whole time.The girl did everything she could with how busy she was. I tipped her 50% before we got the ticket to let her know it was all good.
Moving only place open it was Xmas Eve I so happy it's 9 pm haven't eaten since 5 this morning. I never ate at this particular one on express way in okc but it great and not much of wait time food was great. Very clean friendly atmosphere
