Went to collect my order and when I got there 4 waitresses were standing around laughing. I waited for about 5 minutes then I asked can someone help me. A waitress put her hand up and says there is only 2 of us working and we're busy at the moment, you need to wait. I waited for 20 minutes and complained to the manager who brings out my order and says why didn't you ask for it it's been ready for 30 minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER
Been to one other IHOP today, and turns out the waitstaff was great at both. Free wifi was great, never lost connection from my work laptop. Got a Philly Stacker, and it was pretty good (I'm from Philly so kinda finicky bout my Cheesesteaks). My waitress was very nice and attentive. Will have to remember to come back to this one.
4/15/22 ATTN: DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Owners or management should check in on this location. They will let you call 20+ times, they will even answer then hang up on you over and over. They will pick up not say anything then hang up. If you go in the location even when they are empty and super slow, they will ignore you for as long as they can hoping you just leave so they won’t have to help you or do their job. You can even over hear them talking about not helping certain people. I speak Spanish but I am white and I over heard the servers talking about not wanting to serve me or my family since I am white even tho my family is not. This location is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even mention the smell when you walk in, smells like dirty water and baby diapers. Whoever owns this location needs to come check in on his crew and store because this wouldn’t be okay with me as a business owner myself.
This location is always slow. Every time I go there it’s almost empty and it’s still super slow. You can’t get sat or order food quickly at all. And if you make an order be prepared to wait an hour. When you walk in the door you have to wait forever to even be acknowledged, then you get ignore for a good 30 minutes before you get to do anything. I don’t see how this location is still open.
Absolutely horrible service. I was the only one being served. Literally only person in the restaurant. I waited for my to go for an HOUR! Got my food cold and missing half the ingredients and order. When I tried to talk to the manager about it she said that it's the servers job to take care of the customers. But I thought a managers job was to manage the store and employees ? I just moved close by and it's sad to say I won't go there as a customer or a door dasher now. ??♀️
Open 24 hours, we didn't see our waitress other than to be sat and order our food, which some people would prefer but I would have liked a refill for my drink. Other than that the place was clean, had a decent amount of people there but food still came out quick. This was at like 4 am
Ok listen I love all I-Hops and I honestly don't have a favorite location. You might have a good or bad experience sometime. I walked into 1 of I-Hops worst nightmares. I don't recommend going to an I-Hop on a weekend after 12am. I'm just being honest. Workers were sort staff. Food was great. But the environment wasn't clean and what I mean by that they only had two waitresses and probably 2 cooks. I'm not knocking them because they were under staff. I understand they had to deal with alot of drunk customers. Yikes. But at the end of the day you have to keep your tables clean and attend to your customers. I can only imagine what the staff goes through during the night that's why I gave it a 5 star.Everyone has their bad days sometime. It's not the end of the world. I wouldn't mind helping you girls clean the tables. 02/27/2022
Not sure why but we were served by the manager and he took excellent care of us. The food was served on time and he had no problem at all giving us Xtra cheese cake in our pancakes. (Had a problem with that previously. Shout-out to Harlem for the excellent service. Hope I spelled that right
The service was horrible. We ordered mozzarella sticks and the oil they were cooked in Def needed to be changed. As the manager approached my wife was conversating with the manager about them and she rudely interrupted her and said ma'am I know I'm here everyday and I took it off your ticket. Like ok I wasn't complaining I was just simply stating. Service sucked for sure
Decent breakfast but I have high standards. Eggs aren't free range and prices are high. $17 for the cheapest 2-egg combo with coffee and $5 tip. Great service and good pancakes.
