I waiter for 10 minutes for someone to address me and was seated moments later. Server was very friendly and the food came quickly. Very nice meal. This store gets a poor rating due to the time people were waiting at the door. All the servers were busy and not once did I see anyone with a manager badge on. Management at this store should be fired. Poor scheduling of their employees and lack of concern for their employees when they are busy
I visited here one night around 8 pm in Oklahoma City about Jan 29, 2022 I believe. Trying to find a quick bite of food. The ladies waiting on me were all nice, kind and went above the call of duty. I don’t know their names but I definitely left a good tip and I will come back here again. Great smiles, GREAT FOOD, great burger and WONDERFUL HOT CHOCOLATE. I had never gotten hot chocolate at IHOP ever before. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back and get a great big cup right now. Well done waitress and manager.
Charles was an outstanding waiter. We didn't have to ask for anything. He kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had all condiments. The restaurant was clean, but it was a little chilly because they was getting their heater fixed. Above that service was great!
Server was new. She was the best server I have had in a long time. Food was good but most impressed with the service. Tall, skinny younger women longer hair worn up.
Literally the WORST experience I've ever had in my life. I get that it was 2 am on a Friday and expected the drunk crowd . But we were there 35 min , saw 3 full fist fights , endless screaming and staff and management did little to NOTHING about it. I pulled staff aside , explained I was with my autistic son and 5 year old granddaughter so could they please control the situation. They politely said sure but nothing ceased. They said to deal with it because it was a weekend. Seriously ???? Where is the management if that's their attitude??? Went and sat in the car for 15 to get out of the chaos and wait for the food. Finally got it. Half cooked , sloppy and missing fries and a patty melt .NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN . SO DISAPPOINTING AND ILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FAILURE TO PROTECT THE PEACE OF THE PATRONS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
We sat in the lounge for over 20 minutes with no hostess to greet us, so we sat ourselves. After sitting ourselves we sat there for another 20 minutes before someone even came to let us know they would be with us shortly. Another 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. We sat waiting for someone to take our order and finally walked up to the manager and asked about service. We walked out because of absolutely no service.
I'm disabled and so is my sister. We've been traveling all over the South for the last 2 weeks. We stopped at IHOP to do curbside and the app wouldn't allow it. I guess it was too late. I called fryin their parking lot to see if we could still do a pick up order. They said yes but I had to come in and place the order. They wouldn't take it over the phone. I usually place the order and my sister goes in to pick it up. I explained about my disability and they said that was fine, my sister could come in and place the order. I explained they wouldn't understand her that's why I place the order. The lady was not helpful or understanding whatsoever. She couldn't have cared less for our business. So we drove about 3 blocks to Denny's and they were so friendly and bent over backwards to help us. They got our $27.00 worth of business. Which may not seem like much but next time someone wants to go to IHOP, we'll be going to Denny's or anywhere other than IHOP. Thanks for nothing!
First, our waitress didn't bother to greet us nor say her names. She wasn't rude, just not customers service nice.Food was bland, needed to more add salt and pepper. They no longer have the syrup on the table, they bring watered down syrup no more thick rich syrup to select from.
The food, atmosphere and service were very good!! Gave only 4 stars because my friend and I ordered the same 55+ breakfast plate with hers all bacon and mine bacon and ham... mine came out bacon and sausage, hers was a regular breakfast plate(not 55+). Our bill was larger than it should have been. We Appreciate them being open today!! Merry Christmas!
Terrible customer service. I live right down the street from this location (I-40 and Meridian) but after giving them chance after chance after chance, I’m done. They’re rude and get my order wrong every time. I end up waiting for them to fix it, rudely like it’s my fault they got it wrong. I could just drive to Mustang road to get my order right the first time, they’re nice and would probably be faster to drive further.Today was my last straw when we came in to get our order and even the manager, Rodon was rude. We asked for our money back and planned to drive to the Mustang road location. That’s when he wanted to have some customer. Our order was still wrong when we got home. There was one server that was very nice during this, we think her name was Melissa, but we’re not sure bc nobody had name tags on, or that we could see.Do better guys. If you don’t like your job find something else.
