On a Saturday afternoon when they were pretty busy, we were almost immediately sat, however...even though we ordered quickly, it took almost 35 minutes to get our breakfast. BUT ?, our server, was courteous and pleasant, and very attentive, making sure our drinks were attended to and assuring us, the food would be served soon. It was a delicious meal in a pleasant environment even if we had to wait. All in all, a great dining experience as long as you aren't in a huge hurry. I highly recommend it♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Normally a late night dining option for us. But went around 6pm. Large dining room so it didn't seem crowded! Our waiter was awesome, very nice, & friendly. Very patient as we had a group of 8(3 kids, 5 adults). The cooks did an awesome job aswell. Our food was out quick, hot and delicious. This particular Ihop has definitely stepped their game up on customer service! Good Job Guys!!
I-Hop now days concerns me. I feel a tour of the kitchen is needed before ordering. It's not hard to tell pre-cooked food and the microwave is their best friend. I always keep service of staff and kitchen issues separate. However, it always depends on the time of day for service because I've gotten servers from forgetting I was there to top notch never let the coffee go cold kind. I would only go when they look busy. They have the top people working those shifts for obvious reasons. Sunday lunch is the best time I've found to visit this particular location.
Worst experience ever the people act like it not a business and for that so call manger I had got her name tag because she Is real unconcern she was sleep whole time we was in there that's sad kids running around while she was Sleep guess was her kid's sad place of business corporate will hear from me !!!!!
March 20,2022 - 2:13 am.The short, balding, almost toothless white man that was hosting at this time was very rude and unprofessional. I recommend that everyone go to any ihop besides this one. The service is never good and the staff is always rude. He better think twice before talking to customers like that again before all his teeth end up missing.
Even though they have signs up saying they are short staffed, we still enjoyed our meal. The food was hot, our waitress was polite and attentive, and the restaurant was pretty clean. All in all it was a good stop and we left happy.
Throw this whole place away. Every employee clearly hates their job and what you won't do is act like it's my fault you filled out an application to work here. Immediately left before I caught an aggravated assault charge.
Horrible customer service. Server obviously hates her job. Even someone having a horrible day could pull off better service. Lacked personality, lacked care, lacked interest, lacked ability??? Not only did she seem to be completely put out by the fact that my friends and I were even there and very put out and disinterested in providing service. As a manager in the customer service industry I suggest some intense retraining/ employee evaluation. Some are just not cut out for this industry.
Tried going into IHOP on NW expressway and within 2 minutes we walked out.. apparently they remodeled but did nothing to the plumbing so it was stink right when you walk in. Went to IHOP in Belle isle... food was good, service was good and no stink lol.
great service! food was just what you’d expect! my boyfriend and i got hot coffee, hot chocolate (which was amazing!), strawberry banana french toast with a side of hash browns, scrambled eggs, and ham! he also got the bacon burger with a side of french fries. everything was delicious and our server was so so kind and was super fast! :)
