I have been to The Ice Convention Center many times -some for just food or beverages & other times for Comedy or Poetry. Satisfied with both.I have had the fish basket , wing basket, chef salad & more and it was good!I even like the Strawberry Cheesecake that sell for No Cho Cheesecake- It’s very good also.I love greasy spoons & my food is freshly made 95% of the time - so no complaints here!RIP Ray!
Been over 3 years since last here and went with friend last minute to see live music and ELBOW TO ELBOW in place! Parking was adequate, n no cover charge, but the bar was absolutely ridiculous. 3 bartenders and about 200 people. Smh. Stood in line 30 mins before another patron said I was on "wrong side of bar" to order. UGH. Music was fantastic, the thought of ordering food was out of the question due to the lines. Saw wait staff maybe once. 3 private parties at the same time so cooked food laying out on tables with cake. All very chaotic but not terrible.

500 STARS!!!!!! The food was so good I ate the whole plate in 5 minutes! Shrimp and grits with a fried catfish filet. The sauce is made in house and is the best shrimp and grits I've ever had in my life, catfish breaded freshly in house as well!!!! The food is hot, it's amazing, the fish is crispy and is seasoned perfectly! I can't write enough good things about this place!!!!!
3 wheel motion drink is awesome...food is ok after a 3 wheel motion....not a club ambiance more like a gathering spot...
The music and atmosphere was good. You can apparently call ahead to reserve a table at no charge. The food looked good, but I didn't order any. The drinks were very week I got a margarita.
Southern comfort like I like it. Food was good we had chicken and fish basket, the skittles kool-aid was bomb, the drinks were strong and cheap! the live band Shortt Dogg was phenomenal.

This was my first time going robIce a event Center and I had a great time at Dope Poetry. I love how the hosts interacted with the crowd and the vibe was intimate, sexy and raw. When I grow up I strive to be just like Mark. Calm, Cool and Centered. Much love to Ice Events Center❤️❤️❤️
