My first Hurts experience! Very cute place, clean and friendly staff. The banana pudding donut was something I’ve been longing for my entire life, I just didn’t know it yet. The six year old who looks like me learned he doesn’t like chocolate cake donuts. In the future, I promise to strive for said minion to have a more refined pallet. 10/10
These donuts are so good.There's a wide variety of items to choose from. They stay nice & soft throughout the day so you don't have to gobble them all down @ once unless you just want to ?.
Used to be a HUGE fan of Hurts, they even catered my wedding. The downtown location has gone down hill. A few months ago we went in at a non busy time for some shakes. There were 3+workers and the man working the register said he wasn’t allowed to leave the register to make a shake. We went in yesterday to give it another go, the shakes were made-but it was pretty much straight milk. I hope it can one day return to its pre-Covid days!
The donuts are fun looking and the staff is friendly. As far as the taste, the donuts aren't bad, they aren't good either. The frosting is very sweet, they made me sick to my stomach. At almost $3 a donut, I'll not be back. Gas station donuts tastes better.
It's unfortunate as we were excited to try Hurts based on the website and it's history appeal.All the tables were dirty. The selection was small. We tried to over look this as we walked in thinking the donuts were the reason people come here.Again a disappointment. We ordered 3 donuts and a kolache. The old fashioned donut was hard as a rock. The maple long John was cold, I mean refrigerator cold. The Jesus cheesecake donut was the best thing we ordered. It was cold though.I don't know if we will be back. :-(
Love this place my son and I stumbled upon this place last year. When my friends from TX said I want a crispy cream doughnut I said no this place you've got to see. Best doughnuts by far. They loved them too and agreed way better then crispy cream.
Ordered on short notice at 9am for a 10am meeting. Small 6 donut box and 5 orange juices. The donuts look amazing and our guests loved them! Also, I would like to thank Antonio with GubHub for getting it here so quickly. You all helped us make a great impression with our clients! :o)
Really convenient that they're open 24 hours. Came later at night after a concert and there were still plenty of options and flavors. The service was great, one of the donuts I wanted was stale after being out all day so the employee suggested I get a different flavor rather than giving me an old donut. I really appreciated that. The donuts were very hearty and didn't skimp on toppings, but they were definitely on the sweeter side
It was late evening when I went so it might not have been the ideal time but the donuts were kind of stale. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Friendly service and donuts really good, but you will definitely hurt yourself cause they are sweet.
