Service sucked waited 15 minutes to get seated finally went and seated our self then another 15 minutes just get a menu . Waitress didn't know the menu had to leave the table several times to ask someone about the menu. 30min.Other Customers coming in was seated and had their food before we got ours .Seen one waitress seated at a table visiting while we were standing to be seated and served Never will we be back .Prices r high food sucked and customer service sucked !!!
I had great service and great food, HOWEVER, as I sat with my family eating dinner there was a homeless man physically harassing your servers. This immediately caught my attention as I have been in similar situations. I was then told that management continues to allow this man in until he touches them inappropriately and then is kicked out each time. This has been a repeated offense by this man. First and foremost, why on Gods green earth has no one called the cops? Why is this man continuously allowed back when you KNOW that he is harassing your staff? I understand having empathy and compassion for unfortunate circumstances but clearly he doesn't deserve it. As management you are your employees advocates. YOU are responsible for their dignity which you have gravely failed at doing. As a prior restaurant manager, this was appalling to witness. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning over this. You don't deserve a job and your employees deserve far more respect than they are given. I'm genuinely surprised that you still have a staff in general. Putting these poor girls in this position is completely unacceptable.
This place has gone down hill so badly. We went in on a Saturday night and they seemed short staff...cool we can deal with that. We ordered appetizers and our food. All the food came out at the same time. Cold fried pickles cold chicken. Orders came out wrong. My salad had brown lettuce and tasted unwashed. We used to come in all the time but we'll just stick to twin peaks

Was there Friday on the 18th from 7:30 to 8:20 with my husband and child and had the worst service ever. We waited 30 minutes watching our waitress avoid eye contact with us and happily serving other people around us. I understand if your understaff but she didn't even ask us what we want to drink, let alone say "I'll be with you in a moment ". I sadly didn't get her name, but she was blonde with a shoulder tattoo. Didn't get to try the food (or the drinks) so I can only rate the service. Awful.
Hanna was our waitress. While I know that this is sports bar and flirting with the gentlemen brings more money. Maybe try paying attention to all customers and not just the drunk men. I ordered all flat wings. Didn’t get that and then they were dry. My husband ordered a burger and it didn’t come with Mayo so he asked for a side and by the time the side Mayo came a long time later his burger was too cold to eat. We are usually really good tippers but Hanna will never know that because she didn’t care enough to pay attention to find out.
This Hooters is the worst hooters I’ve been to in the city. Didn’t have our drinks that we wanted the wings that are supposed to be a big deal they weren’t they were really dry. Service sucked. Boss didn’t care and walked around on his phone. They are all about the men. Well should pay attention to the females as well because they are big tippers as well. Would’ve tipped bigger but service was not great.
Isabella was my waitress , I ordered naked chicken n fries ,Dr pepper , she gave me my soft drink right away, gave her my order , she didn't come back until my food was readyv,ready, was over 28 minutes , then I asked for ranch , and was blue cheese , had to ask a the waitress who looked mad ,sad n depressed if I could have some ranch , then she came back n told me ,your waitress should have told you , we're out of ranch! I said she hasn't came back since my order , then she gets waitress ,who proceeds to tell me ,she's waiting on her food n gonna eat , then proceeds to the back corner with her plate n drink to visit n eat n laugh ,with looks like 3 male friends , not very professional ,no customer service whatsoever !! Don't think I'll be coming back here to eat , worst experience ever , I already posted on Facebook also !!
So tired of this location and their terrible service. It takes ages to get drink orders in and god forbid you need a refill. You get attitude when you have to ask for a refill. Like most reviews, if you have a single female in your group you will not get any decent service. This location used to be the best but is the complete opposite now. This is the 4th visit in a row where the service was almost worth just getting up and walking out. The food is hit and miss. That’s about the only good thing if your lucky that your order doesn’t come out wrong or over cooked. At this point I will drive out of my way and the extra distance to a different location and recommend the same for others!
