I gave it a 4 because I generally like this place. We ordered doubles, we received singles with like…3 use cubes. We had to walk over to her to get help around the bar and she forgot silverware. Kept talking to who I think was the cook. Long red hair. Petite…terrible bartender. She needs formal training or at least act like she cares for 1/2 second
We tried to go for dinner tonight at 5:55 and were told when we opened the door “we’re closed”. No explanation, no apology, no signage stating as such. And we could see people inside dining. Very disappointing customer service to say the least. I understand if there was an event or private party, but signs should be put up or the hostess could offer an explanation.
Stood at the entrance and not a single person on-site but the bar lady. Went ahead and seated our selves after 2 waitresses walked from the back and made eye contact with both my wife and I. Went upon their way with zero acknowledgment. A workers young daughter following her around and going back and forth from the kitchen. Took 30 minutes to receive our wings which came out COLD! Where is management???? There are literally 4 full tables at 2pm. Not the best experience for one our favorite places to enjoy on a day off. 0 stars
We ordered buffalo shrimp & it was horrible. It’s usually very good. It was stringy & just wasn’t good at all. Only giving it a 1 star ⭐️
If I could give 0 stars I would! WORST experience we have EVER had! After over an hour of waiting we finally got our fried pickles that we had to send back because they were cold! Then ALL the food came out cold before we even got the appetizer back out. And ALL OF IT WAS COLD. There were only about 7 tables in the whole building. I feel sorry for the server because she was so sweet and kept trying. We ended up leaving without eating ANYTHING. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We will NOT be back!
This Hooters needs to close. The Bartender does not know how to make the simplest of drinks and the food is terrible. It's also way to bright at night inside.
Very disappointed in the service this evening. Took almost 40min to receive our drinks. Fried pickles were not hot when they came to the table. Waitress brought wrong order to our table. Took another good 30 min or longer to get our food. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Watched several other tables get wrong orders as well as cold food.
Wow. I was thinking that the reviews for this place were low for a reason but no! A 3.7 is 2.7 more than this place deserves. A Saturday night and about 10% occupancy should have told me. I am 1 of 3 people at the bar and my second beer took me waiting for 9 minutes of it sitting empty and finally getting up and walking to the other side of the empty restaurant to ask a manager if it was possible to order something to drink. As I did this another couple told me “good luck!”
I ordered online for garlic parm wings. Only to get back to my room to find out I was given 20 plain wings. Which I could give a zero
Had an excellent experience here! Ordered a to go order and a nice young man named Tam brought it out too me with a smile. Nice seeing such a young man working so hard. 10/10
