Location is awesome! Staff is amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the bathrooms giving me the redesign my own bathroom. The pool is located inside so it's private and beautiful. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room with a nice size desk and TV.There is a chair with a reading light. We were comfortable and safe here.

Room was not cleaned! We waited 15 minutes at the desk before anyone showed up. We paid for an executive suite since there weren't any other rooms available (concert in town so hotels were booked up). When we walked in there was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet. I passed that off as an oversight, but when we went to get into bed, we found stains, dirt, and a large amount of pubic hair on the bed sheet. It was disgusting. The bed was made but the sheets had clearly not been changed from previous occupant. The hotel desk moved us to a different suite, but offered no compensation and couldn't even bother to give an apology. EDIT: The manager reached out after posting this review. They apologized and comped the room. Raised my star rating.

Got called up to the city for an overnight stay and had to find a hotel close by after 4.Called the first place and they didn't offer parking without paying and I wasn't into that. This was the second pad ve in the list. Called and spoke with the gentleman working the front desk and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions happily.Drive over and noticed I still wasn't in the best part of town, but, he again assured me my truck would be fine. The hotel lobby and outside was very nice, really not what I was expecting considering some of the other places I've stayed in lately.I asked for references for dinner that night and he referred me to the restaurant next store, that didn't look like a great place but he assured me it was fantastic. He was actually eating dinner from there when I came in.The rooms were very nice, clean and I love the soaps, shampoo and lotion available. I only needed a toothbrush and paste out of my bag, but could have also got that from them as well.Three things I would suggest. First clean the remote for the TV. Mine had something on it from previous people. Second, update your windows for something that is a more sound dampening. This hotel is right next to the interstate and if noisy cars bother you it could be a problem. Third, start breakfast earlier. This is the third hotel I've stayed in that breakfast doesn't start until 6:30. Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to be at work after 7am.Other than that, enjoyed my stay.

Clean, comfortable beds, and I loved the two room suite. The toilet made a weird loud noise and one room stayed really cold while the other was comfortable so we had to either freeze or be hot when we slept (we chose to be cold), but otherwise a nice stay.

The staff was rude and arrogant. They bullied my wife and children. Do not stay here if you want any rest or relaxation. They called our room numerous times making false accusations and threats. There wasn't any peace or quiet at this hotel with the constant calls from the front desk. The management tesm of Holiday Inn needs to clean house of these employees. I will never visit Oklahoma again.

Great help from Tiffany at the front desk to print out a bunch of pages for a meeting tomorrow. Thanks Tiffany! The hotel is clean and newly built. Rooms are spacious and modern with plenty of outlets, amenities (Keurig), etc.One of my go-to locations for visiting the metro.

It was my girlfriends birthday. and we went there a full hour, before noticing theres no hot water for the tube we paid for to experience a relaxing night and the heat was turning on. And also theres something else but im not going to blast them the least they could have done was offer a free room but nothing. so probably would bever come back or reccomend.

The hotel was great, just one "policy" really bugged me. The front desk clerk made a photocopy of my driver's license. I have never had that happen before, and I stay in hotels over 180 nights a year. I don't like that. Makes me nervous. He claimed it was "for my protection" and "it will be shredded". I usually just post when I have nice things to say, but I felt this needed to be heard.

Liked · the ambiance was awesome, the property was well cleaned and maintained. rooms we good with comfortable beds. the breakfast was amazing. we loved every part of our stay.Disliked · nothing much to say

Nice hotel but wasn't worth what I paid. The tv didn't work or I tried calling the desk both phones in the room didn't work. It had hair strings on the microwave door. I should of check to see if the clock had the right time before I went to sleep but for like a $150 I shouldn't have to but it was wrong made think I was late for my appointment. I did love the bathroom and the pillows
