Came late and was surprised to find there was still a variety of dishes. Sushi was over for the night as they were not bringing out anything fresh. I wish places would pull old sushi off the buffet instead of letting it sit there for hours. The art was quite impressive as was the vanity in the women's restroom. The bathroom had three toilets and two of them were plugged and backing up. The staff was friendly and accommodated our wish for a booth after showing us to table. I would recommend that if you eat here come early.
I enjoyed this buffet,they have fresh and delicious Chinese food and desserts,lots of food options,plus sushi.I absolutely recommend it.
The food was dried out so my sister asked when they were going to put out fresh food and she was told by the manager that they do not put out fresh food until all the old food is gone it looked like the food had been sitting out all day. Then he says none of the servers nor cooks speak english but they were talking to us. Very bad customer service first and last time at this location.
As always great food. this is one of our favorite place to eat. we brought my wife's reborn baby in her stroller and they accommodated by giving us a table with plenty of room even though they were packed. we appreciate that.
This place used to be good but after tonight 02/8/22 I would not be going back. My food was terrible got some of the egg drop soup I've had better. Had to quit eating my plate because it was cold and my wife had to throw half her plate away too. We are both sick now I'm in between throw up and she in the bathroom sick. This would be my last time here. The service is good but everything else wasn't good.
I used to love this place! But now, pass two times have been terrible... this last time 2/8/22 I have gotten sick and same with my husband he’s vomiting his guts out and I’m having the other side effect. I had mushrooms, clams, potatoes, fish and sushi with water to drink my husband didn’t even finish his first plate. The service and people are wonderful!!! But the food has gone so down hill I will probably never come back and if I do it’ll be a long time from now
Experienced a woman I later found was (hostess) shouting at me as I started my vehicle . With license to carry this was impeccably a poor decision to make. Had to roll my window down as I refuse to open my door until I understood what was the issue... after paying for my food tipping the waiter and exiting allegedly the "Boss" (male individual) instructed his hostess is to come after me as I was entering my personal vehicle with allegations shouting that I did not pay for my meal.. as I walked in and addressed to matter I was told that "Past experience" made him instruct his fellow employee to chase me down for payment . This is utterly discriminatory & incompetent to human apathy. I instructed him for this matter of insubordinate nature I instructed check with his employee.. the "server" if she received payment before you complete acts of discrimination based on past experience. 2022 this is not acceptable nor just cause. I hold myself with class & poise and will be treated accordingly. You will not tarnish my ethics nor label me.Not acceptable for proper business etiquette . Failed on comfortability & safety
Used to love coming here, it it has been going down hill for some time. No telling when the carpet was shampooed. The picture is food left on the floor the entire time we were eating. The men's bathroom needs a good cleaning. Would have complained, but reading recent reviews it does no good to complain. Most of the Staff were dressed like they just came from the gym.
Husband and I tried here since our normal place is being remodeled. It was just ok. I think the main reason we didn't like it was because several of the sauces seemed a bit sweet but I'm sure alot of other people would like that. The staff were polite and it looked clean. Just not what we are accustomed to.
Their food is awesome. I can't get away from the duck or the egg drop soup. The staff is good about refilling your drinks also. You can hear your partner talking to you because the acoustics are so awesome it cuts down on the sounds around you.
