Hefner and Rockwell- worst bar ever. Very rude staff and lamest crowd ever. Food is always good but extremely bad service four times in a row.

Don't order here. You won't get what you asked for and they won't give you a refund. I've ordered 3 times from them. All 3 times I ordered garlic parmesan wings with the bone in. 1st time, I got plain boneless nuggets. 2nd time, I got a replacement for the 1st order, which was actually correct. 3rd time was tonight and I got plain wings. I tried calling and the manager "Mandy" argued with me and refused to refund or replace them, calling me a liar since I said it happened before. I will absolutely never waste my money here again and I hope no one else does, either.
Good food and bartenders were awesome ?. Thank you I was so relaxed and enjoyed my dinner along with good sports coverage.
Food was good, drinks were cold, service was good but we will never return - the place allows smoking and the stench was unbelievable. If you are a smoker, you will be happy. We couldn't wait to get outside to breathe and go home to shower. Gross.
