My wife and I literally walked out in the middle of our dinner. My wife ordered a draft Dos Equis which tasted like a stale bud light (or simply the wrong beer); no big deal, we just asked for a bottled Tecate instead. He made his waiter tell he us he would have to charge us. My wife went to the bar to talk to the owner. He got a shot glass to try the beer and said very rudely said nothing was wrong with it. He then filled another shot glass and flung it across the bar for her to try again saying it was perfectly fine.I can look past the majority of the tables being dirty because they are understaffed (I doubt it’s the economy, probably because of the owner) but I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant, especially by an owner. Our business will stay with Poblano where the queso does not look like congealed baby puke.

I do door dash n picked up couple orders there so I thought i would try it out. 9 dollars for chips and salsa that other restuarants give you for free. It gets better. 3 dollars for a small little plastic cup (kind you put ketchup in at some restuarants) of jalapenos on the side. The kicker of the night was i have to order at the counter and they charged a 1.30 service feel. So i got charged just to business with them. NEVER AGAIN and i am telling you and my friends to stay away. A service fee seriously come on

Found this place while we were headed back to the highway from the Marina. Great paintins on the wall, pleasant atmosphere.Overall it was pretty tasty. Everything was well seasoned. The stand out was the kids cheese nachos. The chips were great with two types of cheese on them, excellent. The Chicken and Cheese enchiladas were both very good. The only draw back... The Chicken enchilada filling was cool. Not cold but not warm or hot. Finally the Taco al Pastor... This was a tasty version of al Pastor, but if you are gonna tell me it's al Pastor you need to make sure there is some pineapple in there. Overall, I would definitely try this place again.

The young lady that was working the cashier with blonde hair and glasses had a very rude attitude and how she talks to customers is not ok. She kept saying huh what did you want multiple times after I am already yelling what I want literally 2 inches away from her. Then I am asking her are there sides I’ve never been here she said “no is that it” and then kept saying it after I ordered each item. There is 3 of us so why we would she say is that it after one meal i ordered. I felt like she was trying to rush me. When the food came out of course my order was wrong they forgot my sons taco. When I asked the lady who brought my food why my food was wrong she said it only had 2 tacos on the receipt.. When I told her the young lady was rude and probably did that on purpose she said yeah I know she is like that..my thing is why are we allowing her to act like that in front of customers? She is the first person we see when we order why have her in the front if she is “just like that” please handle this! I would have came back just for the food but horrible customers service

Not surprised the recent reviews aren’t great. They bus the tables by sweeping the junk onto the floor, then kicking it under the table…The three times I’ve taken my family here, they have never gotten my order right and each experience is worse than the last! There appears to be a constant turn over of staff and management, everyone who works there acts dazed and rude.Three strikes Hacienda Tacos, you’re OUT!

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the place needs a good cleaning...the booths were dirty and bathrooms awful. That said, the young help was friendly and to our surprise the food was awesome!!! Some of the best casual Mexican we have had lately - and a lot better than some of the other taco joints popping up all over! This location just needs some TLC - we'll be back!

Great food and service! Will be back to try more.

Very disappointed with the experience I had today. I love coming here for the burrito so I decided to bring my girls for supper. The woman taking our order keep asking "Is that is?" rudely after everything that I ordered. It is not a huge shock when I got my order and it was incorrect. To make things even worse, I was told that I would have to pay for what I wanted. This would not have been a problem (I have no issues paying for what I ordered) but when I got home I noticed that not only was the wrong order taken back to the kitchen (which I originally paid for) but I was not given the amount off for the wrong item when I was charged for it. So I paid for an item that I never got. I would definitely not recommend this place any more and I do not plan on going back any time soon.

I ordered the nachos but they aren't nachos, you get 6 chips with the toppings loaded on to each one, basically, loaded chips with melted cheese. The employee who took my order didn't know what she was doing, which I can offer some grace for being new (don't know if she was, just assuming) but she also was not friendly. The 2 together are a bad combo. I can take not knowing what you are doing if you are polite about it and I can take not being overly friendly but great at your job; however, the 2 negatives together do not make a positive experience along with sup-par food, uuuuh, no thanks.

Food was burnt, even the tortillas- cheese sauce was cold, chips were greasy. Tried it won’t be back. Very disappointed
