My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. Our server, Gabriela, and the rest of the staff, were courteous, personable, and very attentive. The food and wine selection were superb! We sat at the chefâs table and watched the staff delicately prepare each dish. It was a fantastic experience and we plan to go back!
Best aspect of GS was the service. We were disappointed the Chef Black was not present during our dinner. All advertisements rave about Chef Black and we were looking forward to seeing him in action. Only other issue was we were served two desserts both ice cream.

There is culinary hope for Oklahoma City. Michelin pay attention to this world class restaurant which I only discovered recently in the WSJ. Creative dishes, excellent service and phenomenal wine pairings. World class all aroundð

By far my favorite resturant for fine dining. Everything was perfect.
We had the 5 course meal with cocktails (they don’t have a drink menu; you just tell them things you like, and they mix something for you) to celebrate our 25th anniversary with friends. Lots of dishes with different types of Caviar; main dish was oxtail (eaten with a spoon!). Lots of flavors. Fun for something different. (It looks similar to most of the below reviews. Wondering how often it is changed up?)
