Would not recommend. We did the Dim Sum option where they bring food around and you just pick what you want.. they came around once in the time span of about 30 minutes. Looked like most the employees were in their teens. The one plate with 2 eggrolls were good but the service was not a priority. My dad and I did feel their was some racism element because we could see other were being served but wouldn't even come our direction.. Not sure if that was the case but that's how we felt. Was very disappointed because I have heard good things about this place. When I paid my ticket and told them my experience, all they said was "sorry about that". Really?? Customer service really has been lost.
Sushi was excellent & prices are reasonable. Thursday nights they have a great blues band 6-9. It was a fun night and they close at 9.
Call in order ready in 10 mins. Hot, fresh, good! Pot stickers are excellent. Shrimp lo mein awesome also. I call in and she knows me without even a name. Great friendly service.
The sushi was excellent and the staff very polite would have been 5 stars but the place was close to empty and still had a bit of a wait also felt like was profiled by the waitor serving us though he was still polite.
Ground house is an elegant, comfortable venue for a nice lunch or perhaps a romantic dinner. You may order from the menu, and on Saturdays and Sundays they offer dim sum. Having lived in several countries where Chinese food was just considered food, I enjoy visiting Grand House and eating delicious perfectly prepared Asian food.
Good quality. Delightful interior. Friendly staff.
Nice selection. No combo plates just Ala carte choices. Good size portions nixe for sharing.
Most excellent in every way! The Peking duck is superb and sushi is outstanding and appetizers are scrumptous! Excellent and generous people run this place and very friendly knowledgeable staff! A rare gem of a restaurant and worth every penny! We will be back ?
Not impressed with the service. Our waitress was a rude white lady. She touched my spoon. I’m a germaphobe and I prefer not seeing her grab my spoon and put it in my bowl. I can do that myself. Worst of all my husbands food was served cold.
We would not have expected Chinese food of this quality in Oklahoma City! Being from NY/NJ, we were surprised to find the BEST Moo Shu Chicken we have ever tasted in the heartland of our nation. The rest of our meal was delicious as well. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Tables are nicely distanced, and we felt very comfortable despite the lingering pandemic. Service by a young man named Chee was wonderful.
