Above average experience. We went on 3rd July 2022 at around 7:30 pm. It was dinner buffet. Ambience is good. Some food trays were empty-like Naan. We have to remind them twice about the Nans. Finally they served the naans at the table. Dessert like Gulab Jamun and custard were okay but appears to be stale - around few days old. Paneer was good. One thing was very much off that they had literally only two people managing front desk and serving so customers will be impacted(delayed order). Ideally restaurant is suppose to keep the containers fill but stuff was missing and it needs to be reminded. There was sambhar but nothing to eat with Sambhar. We realized that they are moving the left over from last few days buffet and ala-carte orders into the trays. Onion pakoda and other pakoda were not having any spices(not even salt). There was one subzi with Broccoli - it was a total miss. For adults - it was $13.99 and kids $11.99. Looking at the price - service and food was not up to the mark. It's better to order ala-carte here as buffet is very much ignored.
If you looking to introduce someone to Indian cuisine and they don't liek spicy, this is your place.Pricing is a bit high, but no spicy here!The food is design for a specific audience and wasn't up to the authenticity I was looking for.Their dishes are still the same for the last decades and the model seems to need a revamp.Love the brand but maybe it time to upgrade a bit.

SLOP!!!! Nasty Nasty Nasty ? my stomach is killing me I only ate one thing which was the rice and the peas to go over the rice. SLOP. What a shame to because I've been coming here since 2000 when they were located on 23rd Street... Wow have they gone down hill since then... No salad bar no fruit rice was hard chicken was hard and stale just like the rice... There was chicken in the rice I forgot.... atmosphere looks cheap not like the atmosphere at the old place where it was decorated before... Not only that but the ladies bathroom was FILTHY AND NASTY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND EAT AT SHEESH MAHAL MUCH BETTER FOOD AND IT'S ACTUALLY CHEAPER AND FRESHLY MADE.
They have a great buffet. It's not a big buffet but it packs a lot of flavor. Be careful of the booth seats. They are HORRIBLE. Which is why they didn't get 5 stars. I don't care about decor but when you sink 3inches into the seat... Just not cool to us vertically challenged folks. But the food might be worth the booster seat. Haha!
Nice atmosphere and great food.staff was nice my semi is in the shop if it’s not done tomorrow I will most definitely go back there to eat again tomorrow.update my truck is still in the shop so that gave me time to enjoy some more of these good eats

Delicious, fresh, buffet style dining. Food is changed out on the buffet, frequently. They bring fresh, hot naan directly to your table right after they take it out of the oven. Galub Jamun is delicious, as always. I only wish they would bring back the handmade cream of mushroom soup!
I love this place! The location is the only bad thing about it. I ordered lunch buffet $11.99 ($13.02 with tax). I think the price is higher in the evening. I am vegetarian so I was super happy with all of the veggie options I found. I filled the box up. They wrapped me up some naan separately. Staff was super nice too.
Great food. Went for a first date and we really enjoyed it. Quiet atmosphere, nothing real fancy. I'm looking forward to going back.
