Terrible staff. Listen to your order 1/3 the time. Rest of my orders are screwed up. Even after confirming they had my correct order, it is constantly screwed up. This isn't one occasion. I should have stopped coming after the 2nd time the staff lied about my order being what I asked for. Should probably train your employees on basic communication skills.
Love it chicken is always fresh and hot nice and juicy big pieces.As well as the catfish and shrimp I'm into the roadstep chicken now which is so freaking awesome you guys got to try it!
Usually I get great food from here. Lately the quality of food being served has seemed to decline.
Chicken is spot on, the rolls are the very best. Must try spicy strips with gravy and a sweet tea! Can't beat it for price quality and quantity!
The food is super good but if you order through Uber eats and want extra condiments you'll never get them (even after paying for them)! I always want extra zing packets because there never seems to be as much as I want, and even after paying $.50 for an extra save cup so I could get the packets included in my main order I didn't get the zing packets or the extra sauce (which I didn't even really want lol). I've gotten this result 3 times in a row. If you're like me and want that extra zing you'll probably need to go there in person!
As always, a great meal! I love their chicken strip meal. I saw a chicken sandwich on their menu. I'm going to it for something new and different than my usual.
Great Rosted chicken I did not now the had Rosted chicken thought I would try to see if had grilled chicken because McDonald's do sell it any more the just have fried chicken so I'm glad I went to Golden Chick.
Ordered here yesterday for some reason it sent me all the way to this Northside location when I’m clearly 5 minutes away from the south side location. Well this location gave me old stale tasting catfish that made my stomach hurt after. It tasted very well done too. I Never had problems at the south location.
Do not use Doordash with this location. Menu issues are never fixed and they forget many of the items you order! Go to a different location! 0/10
