Had a craving for a gourmet cupcake and it did not disappoint. Might have been the yummiest cupcake I ever ate. The girl at the front though, she could use some customer service training. I don’t think she cracked a smile once and she was all about rushing us to hurry up and choose. I’ll probably go back but it won’t be for the service.
Adorable cupcakes, but I've had better! The definitely are reserved for a treat. The teeny tiny ones are $2 each! That's a pretty high price for a bite-sized dessert.

Love GIGI’s cupcakes it’s self - the cupcakes are delish - if you can get past the customer service. We came in tonight at around 5:30 - closing at 6- the young lady was putting everything up- so there was limited choices . She seems short and annoyed we were there and disturbing her clean up duties. I never leave bad reviews and even looked at the reviews just to see if it was just me- but i see at least 3 reviews having the same experience . Maybe this individual needs to find another job out of the service industry or not working closing shift if she is so eagerly ready to leave. The experience with her makes me not want to return.
I would like for GiGi to bring back the keylime cupcakes back it was my favorite. When I stop by your store they no longer had them they said it was a summer flavor but it wasn't on their this year. I wonder why..Could u please bring the Keylime Cupcakes back.. ..
I never leave negative reviews, so the fact that I’m doing so now should be telling.Today, March 25th, my family decided to make a quick trip to Gigi’s for a birthday cupcake for my sister. We arrived with about 30 minutes left before closing and were met by a young brunette woman with glasses.From the moment we stepped into the store her demeanor was extremely cold. When she was mistaken on which items we wanted, she was short and even rolled her eyes. Having worked years in the customer service industry, I know this was not an appropriate response to a customer or any person in general— regardless of her frustration.After sifting through other reviews, I see that we are not alone in our experience. We really enjoy Gigi’s products, but they were not worth the treatment we received from your employee.
Good cupcakes, but too sweet for us. And we like sweet things but not when it's overpowering. Both my husband and I agreed that the emphasis is too much on the icing and not enough thought put into the cake part. Even the cheesecake cupcakes were all about the icing, with the cheesecake lacking in flavor. Probably won't go back again.
The decorations the customer service. I always come to this exact location when I'm in Oklahoma. They are wonderful. I got the Dr Seuss and Mardi gras

I went here today for cupcakes for me my daughter and grandson. i felt the attitude of the young lady when i seemed to be making my selections, maybe a little to slow for her, but since it was 6:15 some of my favorites where sold out. so after each selection she kept asking anything else, anything else. finally i just got what i had and told here yes. when i got my total it seemed more expensive than usual, so i asked here about the price, with a horrible attitude she said they have always been 3.75 a piece. i handed her my card and was looking for a pen to sign the receipt, she slammed the pen down on the counter, i asked her not to do that and what was her attitude about, she turned and walked to the back, never answered and just left me at the front counter. it was disappointing to say the least .I"m a RN and i treat people with kindness. but i will NEVER visit GiGi"s again.
