Selected this place for dinner and wish we had chosen another place instead. Our party was only 2 and one of the meals didn’t come out until the other was finished. We asked about it 15 minutes into the first meal served. Finally brought out the other entree and apologized. Obviously we asked for check and ready to leave without accepting the other meal. A Sunday dinner out while visiting family and 1 person got to eat. I encourage you to choose another place.
Won’t be going back here again when I’m the OKC area for several reasons: 1) not very handicap accessible. The tables are mainly booths which were sitting on platforms. All other tables were high top tables, literally there was ONLY ONE low top table in the entire restaurant, unless you ate on the patio at picnic tables. There are so many tables crammed into the restaurant that anyone with a wheel chair or walker would have difficulty getting to the table. (My mother is handicap, so even though she might not be eating with us, this is something we always are aware of when we go to a new restaurant) 2) WAY overpriced….$12 for a pretzel and cheese, which the cheese looked like someone threw up and put it in a bowl, it was inedible. 3) Service was not good for a restaurant that was not super busy. Our waitress was super sweet, but seemed like she was in a hurry and she was very absent and forgetful. We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer, I ordered nachos as a meal (listed under appetizers on menu) but she took our order so fast and hurried off that my husband didn’t even get a chance to order his entree (pizza) until she came back to ask me a question about the nachos I ordered. We also never got silverware until we asked for it. She was slow to refill drinks. The nachos came with the pretzel and WE NEVER GOT THE PIZZA. Where we were sitting, we could see into the work area for the waitresses, my husband watched a waitress bring a pizza (the pizza happened to be the exact same kind he ordered) out of the kitchen, lay it on the counter and took 3 slices and put it in a to go box. We could never find our waitress to flag her down to ask about where the pizza was, but after my husband tried the pretzel and cheese he was ok with not getting the pizza. My husband shared my nachos with me (I ordered a full order not realizing that they would come on what looked like a turkey platter ? ?) Before we knew it she had brought the ticket, but we were still waiting on the pizza and refills. My husband was over the whole situation at this point and wasn’t going to wait any longer for a pizza, after all I had already had my food for 20 minutes when she brought the ticket. Yet we were charged for the pizza, we explained to the waitress that we weren’t paying for a pizza we didn’t get. She acted confused as if she didn’t realize we didn’t get the pizza. She didn’t apologize and just said “uh ok yeah” brought the ticket back without the pizza. It cost us $37 for a coke, ice tea, pretzel and nachos. If the pizza would have been on there, it would have cost us $50. 4) The food was just ehh. Granted all we had to judge was a pretzel and nachos. The chips for the nachos were good, but some were greasy. The beef (cut up steak) was very good. Cheese wasn’t all melted but was still good. But the best thing we both ate was the salsa that came on the side with the nachos. It tasted like homemade salsa, it was delicious, but sadly it isn’t enough for us to go back or recommend to someone.
We have been a regular here for over a year and absolutely LOVE when we are waited on by Tori! Not only does Tori provide EXCELLENT customer service! She is awesome to talk to, provides excellent service and always talks highly of her work and the Frosted Mug entity as a whole. Every week when we visit OKC, we truly hope that she is there at Frosted Mug with her smiling face awaiting to visit with us! Thanks Cori - With a “T”!!! ?
Went in this evening for a steak, I was also able to try the catfish. I haven't had catfish that good ever, very clean taste. if you want excellent service ask for Erica, she is the best waitress I've had since I've been in Oklahoma, trust your cup will always have water in it. The place has a few larger bar areas with multiple big screen Tvs, certainly a place to be when the game is on.
Erin is the best server i’ve had in a long time. we’ve had her 3x in the last week. Great service and good food
Are here three times in the past week. All in all it’s good. Large portions for the cost. My only issue is they seem to over season and the chicken and shrimp I had was salty. The ladies working were very friendly and attentive. I only did take out so I can’t attest to the dining in service.

Great place for local beer and wings, pizza, etc. Has gluten free crust option too. Crowded on a Fri night so maybe not best place for young kids on wkends.
We stopped in for the first time for an early dinner. The service was quick and friendly. We had a cheese burger and a swiss mushroom burger, both with coleslaw. The burgers were ordered to be cooked medium but they were just a little rare. Both burgers were very tasty. The coleslaw was very good. They have three different bar areas to sit at plus tables and booths. There's is also an outside dinning area. The bars have a large selection to choose from and beer on tap. We give this place two thumbs up.
I'm going to give only three stars due to the ridiculous drink prices. Yes I understand the area the place is located, but I still feel like I was robbed. Our bartender was friendly and the atmosphere was pretty cool. The bathrooms need work.
