The service here is bad! My husband placed an app order for a Turtle concrete with half vanilla and half chocolate custard. Walked in to see it being made and then it was left to sit on the counter while the employee proceeded to help several customers in line. It was then finished and set in the freezer behind the counter. Finally, my husband had to go ask about it and when it was handed to him it was essentially a shake because it was completely melted, and it was made with only chocolate custard. There were so many people waiting in line we opted not to mess with getting it fixed, but just wanted to warn others about how bad app orders are taken care of.
Dined in here for lunch today. Had eight employees behind the counter. Order taker wearing a Metallica shirt. Shortly after she finishes taking our order she goes and sits down in the lobby with her friends. Got our order, older guy asks if I need any ketchup or fry sauce, I said yes. Gives me about 6 ketchup packets for the two of us. I asked him if I could please have some more and he refused. He said he couldn’t give me anymore ketchup, I jokingly said sir are you being serious thinking he would give me more and he said no he can’t give me anymore. Well then we sit down, and they left off pickles and onions on one of my our burgers. Brought it back up and the same guy took it from me very rudely and was yelling at the 6 cooks back there that they didn’t put onions and pickles on a burger.Overall such a bad experience, didn’t know steak burgers could have pink in them due to them being so thin but they managed to do that too.
Came in and had a problem with my payment options and both the staff and management team were kind and understanding and helped me take care of it. After that my food came in quick and was extremely delicious! Highly recommended, I had a great experience.
Fast service, good food! Realized that they no longer have the combo with the burger and a hot dog, but that’s ok. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo with onion rings and a Mntn Dew and a Chicago Dog combo with a Sierra Mist. $17
Allie was the best took our order and even walked thru the dinning room to check on customers. They had our meal prepared in a timely manner hardly any wait time. The food was delicious as expected. Would highly recommend eating here again..
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come to Freddy’s on Penn they take forever! But this time I’m gonna leave a review because I wanted in line for like 10 minutes before I got to the window, mind you there is 3 cars in front of me. Now I’ve been waiting here all of 20 minutes and they haven’t even come on and said a single word. I’ve said hello atleast 4 times. They’re food is always right but this is a fast food industry and I can understand if they are short staffed but atleast say “ hold on a few moments.” I’ve been here 30+ minutes for 3 cars and 20 of them at the window for nobody to speak to me.
Awful place. Awful service. Food cold. Fries so hard it could break a window. Paid for regular size concrete and received smalls that was not mixed. Burgers put in the bag without lids closed. Super disappointed. Worse $36 I have ever spent. I think corporate needs to step in from all the other reviews I have seen.
The personal hygiene of most of the employees was appalling. One young man (with the pink and purple hair) used his gloved hand to wipe his nose and went back to cooking!! ?? it will be our last time to dine at this location.
I initially had a 5 star rating because I love the food here.I am down to 1 star. I have had more bad experiences here than good. It seems like 3/4 nights the crew is completely incompetent. It's frustrating to wait 20 minutes with only 1 or 2 cars in front of you for food that definitely is not fresh. How do I know it's usually not fresh? Because I finally had a fresh one today so I have something to compare to. Here is my most recent awful trip to Freddy's (though not the only one).Let me explain. Tonight I went to Freddy's after work, about 7:30pm. I wait the usual 20 minutes behind 2 cars for my food. I ordered a #2 with no mustard or onions and a large diet Dr Pepper, and the lady at the window seemed really annoyed that I existed. She did offer me a pup cup for my dog, but in an oddly rude manner. I said that I appreciated it, and offered to pay for it, to which she was annoyed. She shoves me the bag of food and I ask, "could I get a fry sauce please?" and she barks, "it's in the bad -.-". I said "Okay, thank you, have a good night" and she just slammed the window (I still didn't have my drink).I drive to a parking spot. My pup cup is ICECREAM and not whipped cream. My burger had literally 6 entire rings of onion, and the most mustard I've ever seen on a burger. I had NO fry sauce in the bag. My fries were *cold* and the fry container was about half full. It seemed intentional. I walk in and ask if it's possible to get a new burger without onion and mustard. The dude behind the counter looked like he was on drugs or something, he was acting very very very odd. I wait about 1-3 minutes for my fresh burger (WHY IS IT NOT USUALLY THIS FAST? I swear these people have no sense of urgency at all)My oddly fast remake is the best burger I've ever had from Freddy's, and makes it so obvious how *not* fresh my burger usually is.I worked at Burger King for 2 years in school. I understand that fast food sucks, but this location takes the cake for worst crew ever. They're awful. I always try to justify my visits by the food, but this place just sucks. I'm so sick and tired of this crew being unforgivable bad. 1 bad experience is understandable, but it's far too consistent at this location. It might as well shut down, the workers don't really want their jobs anyway. If you want to try Freddy's, go to 2nd street in Edmond. The crew is consistently great there.
Went to this location 3 weeks ago and waited 30 minutes for cold food. Seeing other customers complaining about the wait and cold food was also disappointing. Ill give it 3 stars because ive never had any other bad experiences at this location also I use to work for freddys frozen custard and know how busy it can get.
